I've also had this problem as my Cerberus Key turned out to be a CE armor and weapon key. Is there someone I should email about this problem or are they working on a mass fix for this?

That seems to be a bit harsh, but I am surprised this is the first DLC problem you've encountered. Do you not own Dragon Age? If not, you really should try it out, DLC problems aside it's a great game.

I have same issue I activated the code VIA the website now it won't activate or show up as activated in the game or allow me to log in.

I'm having a problem with my cerberus network code.



This is what happened,



1. I input code on redeem page in my account

2. it said it was successful

3. Nothing showed up in my bonus content list on my account page

4. Went into game, and my only options to connect to the network are:

-Redeem

-Purchase



?? Can I get a working code please.

I have the same problem, i redeemed the cerberus code and all i have to download is the blood dragon armor and normandy crash. Gamestop, UT. Please help!

I can probably wait for my second playthrough for the cool DLC. I had uninstalled ME1 a while ago and didnt keep the save games. Playing through ME2 I realise a lot of what you do in ME1 plays through into ME2, and the default  new game Shepard made a lot of choices I wouldnt have made. I'll finish my first playthrough with the vanilla game, and then go back and play ME1 while I wait for the Cerberus issue to be cleaned up while I get the Shepard I wold like.

I, too, am experiencing this.  Not only is my game not showing up as registered to me, but my cerberus network code doesn't work.  Just want to make sure I'm on the list to get fixed!

Seems to be happening to alot of us. Same as The Case. Just adding my name to the long list of individuals with codes that do not work.

Unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you guys. I just picked up my pre-order of the CE at Best Buy. First thing I did was redeem all of my codes for the pre-order armor, and CE armor. I believe what happened was my cerberus network code was mistaken for a second CE amor code.

Also another person with problems getting the Cerberus Network code to work. Retail CE, bought through Amazon. Entered the network access code into my profile, did not get the link to the .exe file for the Cerberus access, and code will not work in-game. Adding my name to the list.

For those of us having this issue, if nothing else, it would be really nice if we could get some info on who we should be directing our feedback to. Who is going to be giving us replacement codes?

Same here. Retail PC CE from Amazon, redeemed the Cerberus code on social, shows up as Collector armor/rifle on downloads page.

collector's edition purchased from amazon. redeeming cerebrus in social site gives collector set, redeeming in game says code is in use.

Pre-Order of Collectors edition from EA store. Entered all my codes on the social website-  just like i did with Dragon Age. 

The Cerberus Network Key was accepted when I entered it online (social site) but it is not showing up in my account. 

During game load I am prompted to enter a new code to get Cerberus Network working.

same problem. though i would think almost 99.99% of people will have this problem. So beside getting new code, there is no other ways yet?
