[Digitalspray]

Hi i just installed the game and bought the collector's edition. i got the Cerberus Network card and redeemed it on this website which allowed me to download "collector's edition weapon and armor". However, when I got in game and logged into my EA account etc, it asked me to enter the code to connect to Cerberus Network, I reentered my code and i got the message that it was in use. what gives? can anyone help?

A lot of people are having this problem looks like EA/Bioware assumed people will redeem the code in-game and overlooked the social site.

the funny thing is on the activation card it says "log onto your online EA account, enter this code at the code redemption screen." which is a very ambiguous statement.



hope they come up with a solution soon.

i entered the codes here, and now i see links for download. i still didn't finish DL the game (DDE), but if it works it sure beats DA:o screw up, when the lot of us couldn't log in... i was it would happen again and i'd have to spend a week hunting for pirated version of the dlc i allready bought, AGAIN!

I typed into this site after the game had installed, but before playing it. All it did was give me the 'Collector's Edition" armor and weapon. I already had this from redeeming the CE code. So how do I get Zaeed now?

The instructions say that you can do this ONLINE!! I first tried to download Cerberus Network on Xbox Live using the code but it wouldn't accept it....so I did it online and it is giving me the PC add-on’s when I entered the X360 Code. EA needs to fix this ASAP. If it is an X360 code they should at least have a error saying that you can't register this online and must register through the game..very easy to implement if their dev's had half a brain.

So my code say's in use and I installed over the internet in bioware's web site in the reddem promo code and now I keep on pressing the damn button on the game but it still says it in use so help

Same problem here. I wish bioware and EA can fix this. I did follow the instructions on the card, did I do anything wrong?

Argh. It won't even let me log into the Cerberus Network. I have no clue what's going on, my email/password works in DA:O for that DLC network but not for ME2? *is exceedingly frustrated*

Thats stranged, i activated all my codes on this site and it is working on my 360. Not trying to gloat or anything but maybe it is a random problem. I am however unable to get the zaed character

Same here. Activated through the game itself, and it shows no signs of working, but if i try to use the code again it says its already in use.



So the code WAS activated somewhere, it just isn't showing up right u_u At least i was able to get my CE armor, and blood dragon armor.

I have the same problem! I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but its really frustrating. I don't want to start playing until I can get the DLC. I hope they get a solution SOON!

Same problem here, Cerberus network works fine on my 360, but when i registered my PC code it went through but now it says i need the code, which is strange.

Registered online just like the card says. Redeeming the code online binds the code to a PC version of ME2. Trying to redeem the code on my Xbox, which is the version I bought, it prompts that the code is already in use on a different version (The PC version it was bound to, even though I don't have the version). Some pretty bad miscommunication. It would be alright if users could switch the Redeem Code before it has been activated, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

Same story here: redeemed code online, was asked to enter code in-game but says it's already in use (I had a feeling this would happen as soon as I saw the Collector's Armor appear after putting in the Cerberus Network code...). I'm on the PC version.
