Ok, I've encountered this issue previously too...
There are 2 things you need to do...

1) Turn all, exit or shutdown all downloads (torrents, ftp, http, etc..) for the moment
2) If you have Anti-virus/firewall software, you need to grant access to EA Core Server Application & EACORECLI.exe from your Anti-virus program control or policy...

Start the game, login to the account and your DLC should be ready for download...

lol, mine crashed, too. i just refreshed the page and it loaded the correct page so i was able to download. But i couldnt find the weapon in my armory =S

Zaeed is still missing in the DLC list. I guess bioware is still doing character designs on him

If you wish to download it again, it's in Profile>Your registered game promotions

But still.. That Cerberus thing didnt work.. im so worried

really great marketing EA (this is a compliment).... but you guys failed to deliver (Cerberus screw up) when it came down to it. This lack of professionalism will not go unnoticed...this is a day of days where a great number of us big and small from provinces, states, and nations have been led up the spiral of hope only to experience a swift descent into despair. Great job EA. Now FIX that CERBERUS NETWORK!!!

Same as many of you, Redeemed Cerberus key in game while logged in to my account, accepted it but returned me to the "Redeem Cerberus code" when i re-entered it it said Already in use.

Tried through the website.. same thing...

Armors work, but not main cerberus DLC...

Have the same issue, the lack of good directions on these codes, especially coming to this site to put them in, especially for 360 owners, which I knew I shouldn't because for DAO I didn't and it all worked fine before...



I sent a email if anything can be done about this, since I'm not looking forward to paying 20 bucks or something for something I should have gotten for buying the CE...



Seriously though, next time EA or even Bioware, put better directions on your crap. please.

Same here...Registered on the social network and cannot access in game. Says code has already been used.

Same problem as most of you. PC version, activated it in game and it isn't working. I get the "already in use" message when I try to use it again. I was able to download the CE armor/weapon and the Blood Dragon Armor off the site though.

Hi, I'm playing the PC version and I have the same problem too. The instructions were abit ambiguous. I hope they fix it soon seeing that quite a number of us are facing this issue.

I was able to register the Cerberus code through my profile on this site, but in the game says the code is already in use. The only thing I get out of the DLCs is the blood dragon armour (from DA:O), the Terminus armour (From Gamestop), and the other armour they have to download.

After all the problems with Return to Ostagar this is getting a bit ridiculous BioWare. And yes, I say Bioware, not EA, its up to the developer to produce the product, EA just publishes.

Maybe the DLC hasn't been released yet. Maybe later on today they will add the DLC to the list with the armors, but idk. Anyone know of someone with the DLC?

There are someone got the Cerberus network activated already. I hope this problem will be resolve ASAP.

I suppose I should've waited to use the Cerberus Activation Code in the game, but I did it through the website because I thought that might head off any later issues. Whoops. Won't let me connect to the Cerberus Network in the game. I'm not going to worry too much about it right now, but it's kind of irritating to experience right away with my brand-spanking new game.
