because i started up the game immediately and saw cerberus network and put two and two together from following news on the game, clicked it logged in, said to put my thing in, so i did



i used the promo code on teh website for promo codes, then registered my game

I purchased mine from the EA store (Digital)

I got 2 codes for some reason.

 The "unique" code which I registered here at the Social site. it allowed me to Dl & install the armor.

 But in game, it was saying the code was already used.

 Then noticed, I got another email a few minutes ago with a second code, which activated it in the game and got the rest of the DLC.  This mail was clearly labeled as "Cerebrus Code"

 I thought the first one they this morning "unique" was for all of it.  Apparently not.

 Maybe theres supposed to be 2 codes or was a issue they resolved hence the 2nd one.
 I dunno ...  but those having issues activating in game and purchased from EA Store ..

 Check your mail.   maybe they were just late sending some of them out.

I would put my money on that thier applying a fix for the cereberus card issue, thus it is down. Either that or its just overloaded, being that its release day.



Either way im going to go enjoy this comic book while i wait, I dont want to start the game without all my DLC.

Ok I finally finished installing to HD. Loaded up game. Entered in my EA info. Was asked to put in my Cerberus card code and it doesn't work. This is for the 360. What am I doing wrong?

Well, I just got my LE ME2 copy just right now. Could not make it to the midnight launch.



Anyways, I hope this situation gets resolved before I start doing things. Hmm, maybe I'll wait before I do anything stupid that might mess things up...

Wow... This is pretty rediculous. I did the whole registering my game on bioware and ea websites and i put in both promo codes, one for terminus and one for cerberus, and when i get back on my xbox of course it doesn't work. For the amazing games bioware makes, the technical problems are pretty frustrating. There should be some sort of refund or an additional code if it doesn't get solved because all that happened was that people were cheated out of their time and money by trying to get these DLC's.

I just tried logging in after Don said the problem had been fixed, but I still can't log in (I get the it can't be accessed or I've timed out message). I've had a similar problem in Dragon's Age of logging in to their servers as well, but this one is affecting me even getting started in the game.

My previous post seems to have disappeared for some reason?  I am still unable to login into the Cerebus Network even after the server reboot.  I get the "I've been timed out or there's server issues" message.  I've been getting this in Dragon's Age as well, so I don't know what is going on.  THis one is affecting me a lot harder since I can't access the stuff I got when I activated my cerebus code in the website and has been installed on my machine, but it can't be verified because of the server issue.
