Did Amazon screw up, here?
I purchased the Deluxe Edition of DA:I for PS4 (to give as a gift to someone else), and it arrived yesterday. It's new and unopened, with the shrink wrap still intact, and the label affixed to the back of the package reads, "Dragon Age Inquisition - PlayStation 4 Deluxe Edition". However, the front of the packaging/original game box is lacking the gray "Deluxe Edition" banner that I've come to expect on both the PS4 and XBox One versions of the game. For all intents and purposes, it looks exactly like the Standard Edition box; there's not even a mention of extra "Deluxe Edition" content anywhere on the back.
For all of you who purchased the PS4 version of the Deluxe Edition, can you quickly check the box and tell me if it has the gray "Deluxe Edition" banner (or some other indicia) I'm talking about? Is there anyone out there who is 100% sure he or she is playing the Deluxe Edition, but the box it came in doesn't have that extra banner (for whatever reason)?
My guess is that either EA/BioWare produced an earlier "print run" of the Deluxe Edition version without the banner/label, or Amazon simply screwed up and mislabeled this Standard Edition product as the Deluxe Edition. I don't want to open the game to find out myself, as then it'll no longer be new/unopened (and therefore harder to return and/or sell).
Thank you!
