This, not to mention her humor is best.
Snarky Hawke is a great protagonist, imo.
Hawke seemed like a real character, other DA2 issues notwithstanding. The Warden was a tabula rasa. Tbh, the Inquisitor seems like Bioware tried to split the difference between the Silent/Blank-Personality Warden and the well-defined character of Hawke.

I always do my first playthrough as a mage so my MWarden trumps all with Storm of the Century and with his battle mage spedialization. Combos were the best... FHawke is second for me because of raining fireballs and lightning and I loved howccone of cold looked. Inquisitor magic abilities didnt feel that awesome and I sorta disliked how you couldnt have blood magic and how to rain fireballs you needed focus.
for overall character it'd be Hawke > nearly tie with the Warden and Inquisitor especially depending on Warden origin.
I love my femHawke who romanced Fenris but im sorta conflicted for 2nd and 3rd because I really liked the Cousland and magi origin and romancing Morrigan but disliked lack of VA lines. For fInquisitor I really liked my char but felt lackingin bbackground because yoh don't really have anything beyond choosing background. Like the human mage has someone who knows them at the tavern in Redcliffe but you had no ideamwho they were really.

Inquisitor > Warden > Hawke
Quizzy is just awesome
Snerky, puppy eyes, good voice acting and can freaking forcibly send people to the fade. Awesome.

All my characters are appeared to be mages but I'm pretty sure that my Commander of the Grey Amell will kick Trevelyan's butt while Hawke will stand in the corner commenting on the battle.
Amell and Trevelyan are both arcane warriors but HoF is more experienced and skilled, and Hawke will just talk herself out of it because she'll be useless in close combat.
I just can't choose between them, they're all my precious babies.

Which one out of these 3 heroes do you enjoy more? which one do you believe is more powerful? in Solo combat and Party combat.
Enjoy more- Inquisitor
Combat Power- If going by the mechanics in the three games. Warden. Although if my Inquisitor opens a fade rift over his head, he's a dead man.
World Power- Inquisitor.
I still love Hawke though.

Both my Warden and Inquisitor were/are capable of solo'ing Dragons on their own. The Warden took down the Blackmarsh Dragon and the Varterral on his own, and at this point my Inquisitor has solo'd eight of the ten high dragons in Thedas (soon to be ten). So as far as raw strength, I think Arcane Warrior and Knight Enchanter are about equal in raw, terrifying potential (and actual) power.
My Hawke was a rogue, so he doesn't compare in terms of in-game power.
As far as how I rank them in terms of likability or how attached I am to them? Warden and Inquisitor tie, likely because with both of them I felt like I had far more opportunities to RP and get invested than I did with Hawke. I also feel like the influence of each of them is also enormous in their own ways. The Inquisitor is basically Lord of All Thedas, but all the Warden has to do is walk into a room and I feel like people would defer to his power/authority.

Inquisitor > Hawke > Warden for me.
Though it's a close one for me to choose between the Inquisitor and Hawke. I simply can't relate to the silent Warden, even though I loved DA:O.
Power-wise it's a bit hard to say. I imagine they'd be pretty closely matched.

Greatest proof that the Warden is the best, is that it was the first to be wanted for the Inquisitor and then Hawke , Inquisitor was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Inquisitor. I prefer proactive characters that get stuff done along with lots of ways to develop my character, plus Alixs voice ![]()
Hawke is a fun character but a horrible PC.

My Inquisitor is a Knight-Enchanter. So that answers that question ![]()
As for personal enjoyment, I feel Hawke was the most emotionally resonating.

Eh, while I like Hawke, she never rally fully felt like she was mine. I was always along for the ride in her story and she was just along for the ride in pivotal events.
The Inquisitor is mostly all mine. The HoF was also mostly mine.
Then you come down to which of the latter two has the happiest outcome. Say what you will about bittersweet, tragic endings ... but the HoF can die. My canon did.
So of my three canon heroes ... I have to say the Inquisitor is best because the HoF is dead and Hawke, while a nice person to have known, was never really mine to begin with.

Inquisitor > Warden > Hawke
Who is the most powerful
Warden >> Inquisitor > Hawke
By the end of Awakenings all my Wardens were ridiculously strong, and my arcane warrior/battlemage was unstoppable.

Hero of Ferelden. He couldn't be the Inquisitor because he would've
beaten the gamekilled Corypheus in Haven and then people would really complain that DA:I was too short.
After him the Inquistor because he cleans up
Hawke'sBlondie's mess.
And Corypheus would've body-hopped to the Warden yay.

In terms of how much I like them:
Hawke>>>Inquisitor>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Warden
Inquisitor would be higher up if they weren't so boring. Their paraphrases were also horrid on the wheel so that made me enjoy playing as them less. I do like AWR's voice so that's a plus, at least.
My Hawke was the awesomeness known as purple Hawke and I just love her so she definitely wins.
Inquisitor would beat them both in terms of personal power because of the mark.

Hero of Ferelden mage had some really strong spells available, I imagine her as kind of a power prodigy within spellcasting xD
Nevertheless, I must admit playing Hawke was more fun in conversations, I liked the dormant personality mechanic.

The Warden and the Inquisitor regularly take down the most powerful High Dragons they can find.
For fun and Shiny Loot.
Hawke only bothers going after the one, and that's only if s/he actually cares enough to deal with the mine.
Also the Warden has the power of the Blight. Depending on what you do with Avernus, the Warden could be tapping into considerably more power as a result.
The Inquisitor's mark gives him/her significant power from the Fade, mage or otherwise.
The Inquisitor has the edge mainly because they have the power of the Inquisition behind them. Plus in my case my Inquisitor is a Qunari, while my Warden is an elf. So overall the advantage goes to the Inquisitor.
Inquisitor > Warden > Champion

I had the strongest connection to the warden. I felt little connection to Hawke since he was entirely predefined, but I cared about my version (and made him as little like default Hawke as possible). He was a sad, lonely fellow, though. I really like the inquisitor, even voiced, there's a lot of room to make him your own. Mine was no figurehead, lol. The inquisition was his means of changing the world.
In terms of combat, the warden is best against darkspawn, clearly. The inquisitor is the stongest against demons. Hawke...well, Hawke doesn't quit trying. which is pretty awesome given how many times he failed, poor bastard.

Stop pretending the Hero of Ferelden is a superhero.
Wouldn't have been able to close rifts, either.
The Inquisition under Warden/Hawke wouldn't have gotten far...
