Warden Commander is too powerful with Sentinel armor and Vigilance sword.  By far the best character/warrior/game, refused to even play II because your not him and gave DAI a chance but couldn't stand to keep playing it again...your not him and the gear is just not...impressive.  There wasn't any "special" armor/swords like there were in DAO...and it had a lot.

My Female Amell would take a look at my female Mage trevelyan, and win. She'd butcher my Inquisitor, the inquistor would just sit in corner crying for help. Hawke is dead so It'd be only between those two.

Male Amell would lose those, my Male Templar Trevelyan would destroy him. Literally, my male Amell wouldn't stand a chance. Hawke? Well he'd be the first one to die, because they both considered him a annoyance, nothing else.

Angelica Couland would destroy my Dalish Inquisitor, she's a Templar while my Dalish is a apostate, so it'd also be a victory to my Warden. Hawke would die first yet again, he doesn't stand a chance against the might of the Inquistor and Warden.

I say The Warden Commander is the best of them all, and then it's the Inquistor. Hawke does not make the count on the list though, the other two are baff warriors compared to... Just Hawke, a slight annoyance to the Warden and Inquisitor.

Influence (political and religious ) : The Herald, Warden........ somewhere in the distance...... Hawke

Let me put it into a way you'll understand it.

Scene: Warden-Commander Cousland is sitting on his throne at Vigil's Keep, having a discussion with Seneschal Varel

Warden-Commander: Varel, do you know my three favorite things to kill are? Third is demons. Second is darkspawn. Can you guess the first?

Varel: Arl Rendom Howe?

*Ambrose claps his hands in excitement*

Warden-Commander: Nailed it!

I think my Warden and my Inquisitor are roughly the same. Adaar was an epic Qunari and a powerful Necromancer. Amell is a powerful Arcane Warrior, probably the only true Arcane Warrior in the world, and knows a thing or two on Shapeshifting and Keeper Magic, and is the father of Morrigan's son.

Hawke was my blood mage, and a powerful fighter. But I felt he was more passive and reactive to the events around him and not proactive in solving his problems. I still liked him, but I felt he was kind of butchered in Inquisition personality wise with how he now opposed the Wardens despite having a brother and cousin as Wardens, and how he opposed blood magic despite being one himself and having Merrill as a lover.

He thought as Solas thought. Magic is magic.

That kind of....killed his character for me.

So for me, Inquisitor=Warden>Hawke.

Warden :D >Inquisitor  >Hawke

Hawke just meh. Inquisitor is better than Hawke but still meh in front of HoF, and yeah guy who can do such pirouettes on dragon's head a priori most powerful in Thedas, and with this and other finishing moves HoF is most stylish protagonist of DA as well.
