I did IB's romance because it made the most sense for my character, but I didn't find it particularly engaging. From what I've seen on Youtube of the others, Solas' looks the best, so I voted for that one. I probably won't get around to trying it for a while though, as my first character was an elf and I want to try the other races first.

Voted for Solas. His romance was what finally got me invested in the lore of the Dragon Age universe (I was always more of a sci-fi fan, and thus preferred Mass Effect). There's just so many layers to him, and in his romance you're finally able to peek under the mask.

 

I also feel like it's the most integrated with the game. I don't usually need my romances to be plot-important, but with Inquisition it makes the story much more meaningful.

I've only done Blackwall and Cullen so far.  Both are excellent.  But I'm gonna have to throw in for Blackwall.

Whoa. I mean, I like him, and I think his romance is one of the best Bioware's ever done, but he's also the most restricted of the bunch. Glad to see he's so popular.

 

I think that post-credits reveal has caused a lot of people to go back and try his romance.

Solas is smooth that's why . Anyway Solas seemed to have the most beautiful and meaningful romance for me even with less content than all the others. All the passion was there in all the right places and the heartbreak just makes you end up wanting more. That's a real testament to Patrick Weekes's excellent writing skills.

I am ecstatic that Dorian is holding it down in 5th place.  He has EIGHT percent of the vote and he's a gay romance!  Woot for Dorian!  Makes me very proud!

Voted for Cullen even though I romanced both him and Solas in diff. playthroughs... But I'm holding off on making Solas my official canon because of the ending...

My personal favourite is Sera's shortly followed by Cullen's. I like Josephine's and Blackwall's too.

I'm tied between Dorian and Cassandra. Totally opposite of each other, but offers so much in emotions.

If I could I'd put Dorian in Cassandra's body... while I'm at it add Sera's spirit, and the cutscenes and quests to be more like Iron Bull's. Now that'd be a romance so out of the other romances' league... we'd be comparing it to Origins romances.

You're comparing a bi character who can be romanced by everybody and the handsome option for straight females (who probably make a sizable portion of this game's playerbase) against other options which are far more restricted. Of course Cullen and Bull are going to win, they're likely the romances being experienced by most of the playerbase.

I have only done the Solas romance so far, so I held back from voting. Solas tore at my heartstrings so much I'm uncertain if I could  vote for him. Currently in progress with a new Dwarf Inquisitor who will likely romance Blackwall. We'll see how that goes! (Would love to try Iron Bull but the size differential between the two just... I just can't!)

 

Next, though, I'll be trying Dorian's romance. It's important to me. I love his character so much that I'm going to do something I never do (since I'm sick of games never giving me the choice) and switch genders to play as a male, just because of Dorian.

And Cullen is race-gated to only half of the races and gender-gated to only females. Granted the races are the more popular ones, but still.

I did Bull's romance but 90% of it is sex or sex related, to it's detriment, in my opinion. There didn't feel like any genuine build up of emotion. Bull could take it or leave it and not be bothered. Even the brief sweet talk skews towards sexual reference. I'm surprised it placed so high. Solas' looked the best from youtubing it and Josie is super cute.
