Similarly, Cassandra only gets a new card if you romance her or she becomes Divine
thanks !!!
I completed all her quests but did not romance her (female inquisitor) and her card is still the same.
I was wondering if I did something wrong. I'm still in my 1st playthrough so I still have the opportunity to get the card.

Iron Bull is better if you save Chargers (despite the card looking depressive). Just listen what Cole says about him (and to him) in both outcomes of his personal quest. Besides, people in the tarot cards tread speculated that his "saving Chargers" card (the one in the OP) means The Wheel of Fortune and his Qun card is Ten of Swords which is... not very positive card at all.
