They mentioned that they tried fixing a number of worldstate issues - it's possible that was one of them. Though I wouldn't know, because I don't have a worldstate handy to check that right now.

i just replay with that world state connor is stil mentioning King alistair.

It's not a retrospective patch. It will only work on new playthroughs probably.

yeah i started a new game and got redcliffe as fast possible and connor is still speaking of King Alistair.
