That's why the confirmation dialogue warns you to make sure you're redeeming to the correct account :P



Contact EA support. They will probably have to resolve it manually.

I did the same thing. The should have made this codes separeate for PC and Xbox Live.

I think they phrased things REALLY badly. I have two EA accounts, and when registering my armor, it said it has to be under the same EMAIL address as your xbox account. My other EA account is connected to my gamertag but uses a different email address from my gamertag. So before registering the armor, I created a second account using the same email as my xbox and used it to redeem the code. And obviously, I never got my armor.

I'm haveing the same problem and i only have 1 EA account.... they should have just made you input the code within the game like everybody else does instead of going to the website like retards.....

why they made this a redeem online is beyond me why not just do it in game or on the dashboard. pain in the rumpus. now i have to wait in live chat again after being disconnect at friggin 1 more person the first time, and the 4 the next time. a total of 65 mins wasted.
