Quick answer: No way in hell.
Elaborate answer: Bioware will not release a Dragon Age Online any time soon (not until the 6game plan is done at least). Why?
First - Bioware already has its hand on the mmo cookie jar - Swtor - and even tho they have found a balance recently and turned the game profitable, I dont think they would make the mistake of having 2 Bioware mmo's at the same time. While the license for SWTOR aint expired (and if EA doesnt renew it) we wont have a Dragon Age Online anytime soon.
Second - Shadow Realms (or whatever its called) - co-operative online game, a new IP bioware is developing to be played online. So if they would make a Dragon Age Online anytime soon, they would have 3 online games, I dont think that would be viable atm because the Bioware fans would be divided and spread thin between games not allowing any of them to flourish.
Third - a Dragon Age Online now, would raise a movement from Dragon Age fans that would put the ME3 backlash to shame. An mmo at this moment would pretty much destroy the best thing of Dragon Age - player driven story. You just cant achieve what you do in the Dragon Age games in an mmo. Swtor tried that. And while they somewhat succeeded, you just have to take a look at the number of active accounts now and the budget of the game on release....
Im not saying I think a Dragon Age Online will NEVER happen. But if it does I dont believe it will be before the 6 game plan is over.
A Dragon Age Online would be perfect as the 7th game. Something like, the Dragon Age is over, now lets make an mmo to wrap it up, while keep going with single player games with a new Age in Thedas.
