I feel like I've gone through a bunch of articles trying to find out how to do this, but nothing provides a detailed step by step. Both of these accounts use the same email and I read somewhere to use the "Add friend" option on PSN to link my Origin account. But I'm not sure how to exactly do that as using that feature only finds other PSN users. Nor would I know where to accept the friend request from, once I sent it.

I'm not sure where Origin comes into it.

 

I'm sure this questions already been asked and I just couldn't find the thread here. Can anyone here offer some help please?

It's not "add friends " but head to the add friends option

Thank you! However, after following these steps I recieved the message "Oops…that account has already been linked to a different Origin ID. To review your linked accounts, select Account and Privacy from the Origin menu." when trying to sync accounts. Despite following what it told me, I'm not connected to any other accounts so I'm not sure why I got this error.

 

Anyone have any ideas what I can do now? I saw it said "If you have issues connecting your account, you will need to properly link them by contacting a Game Advisor." But how do I contact one?
