Just wondering if you miss a romance prompt in conversation with a companion will it kill chances for the romance down the road? Like if I didn't use a flirt option with Cassandra the first time I talked to her in Haven? For example.

I don't think so. I know I missed one of the two flirt options with Cullen in Haven and still romanced him. Some of the romances might be different, but if they aren't then missing a single flirt shouldn't kill all chances you have.

Nope. There's usually one or two specific ones you need to hit to get the romance to activate, but getting every single one is not necessary. In Cassandra's case, some of the flirt options at the beginning will actually get disapproval from her anyway.

With Cass, choosing a judicious flirt or two when you are her friend actually nets approval even when you don't romance her.
