After reading this thread I feel like I have more insight into the other thread where people are complaining about not having the ability to control their toon one handed.
I'm romancing CASS and that's all I'll ever get? No one has hormones anymore? An M+ rating? Is it because I heard CASS say she does not wear underpants? I was so looking forward to some skin.

What really gets me though - and as others have pointed out already - is that after the initial sex scene (or completion of the quest and your inquisitor affirms their love for their LI and vice versa), nothing else is really said about it? I'm not asking for a long, drawn out romantic novel about my inquisitor and their partner, but I do agree that some general conversational hints/teasing from other characters towards your relationship would be nice. As it stands, I felt a little underwhelmed when I finally completed the quests for Iron Bull and Dorian, got the "sex scenes" and it just felt like that was that. Mission accomplished. Now what?
Take your LI to Halamshiral and you have the option to dance with them
IDK, Dorian's buttocks were giving me all that I wanted from that character and possibly all the could show without shoving ahis dingdong in my face. It appears the straight romance options were shafted (and off camera even!).

I got some rather nice views of Iron Bull's body, so I'm happy. 
No, it shows them going up to the room and then watching the sunrise. Considering that Skyhold was several hours away from where the final fight happened, and it was night when it happened, the sunrise could literally be right after. If you want to think they do, go ahead. But it doesn't show anything like that.
As for the second part, she says no such thing. Don't make stuff up.

I think it is quite a pity too that the one scene appears to be the climax (sorry, had to use that pun) of the relation. So far I have only done the Cullen romance, and I really loved the content. Nonetheless, I missed some option to ask your LI to spend the night with you (and that could very well just be a fade to black with waking up next to your LI, so imagine as you please about what happened), or anything else that showed that the relationship was actually growing and mature. And I say 'option', because I know that not everyone cares.
Btw, I second that I missed a follow-up on Cullen's nightmare scene...
Make it optional? So you know the 'sex is boring and immature in games' crowd don't have to see it , and others do. everyone is happy
It is optional. Hit "Skip."
If dialogue comes up, then it is just them talking while someone is topless or has a nice butt shot (Dorian, Bull.) You aren't seeing the actual act. 
I Space Bar'd my way through all of the sex scenes in Origins because I thought they looked terrible.
Geez, what is the big deal? There are people getting dismembered, beheaded, dying horribly of infections, and some folks are complaining of LOVE MAKING? LOL Wow . . . realign your prudery, heh. Why not have a DLC that is purely optional, has no bearing in the game, costs $4.99, and is simply an extension of the love making? They could even scale it, "R" rated, "NC-17" rated, "XXX" rated, and "Sasha Grey" rated.
I don't particularly care about sex scenes, I got to see Dorian's butt once and I'm satisfied on that front. I do want more romance content though, hopefully whatever story DLC comes out will add the the relationship the way Leviathan and Citadel did in ME3.
Heck, even DA2 had those small moments, like talking with Merrill about sleeping arrangements. And gifts. Kind of tells you something is happening after the initial onslaught. I give to DAI that you could have a kiss afterwards. But nothing else, besides the ending which itself was just a dry finish.
With all the issues , THIS is what you're worried about?
Make them optional and voila , prudes don't need to worry and deviants can be happy
There is more sex after the first scene. You just don't get to see it all.
Well, I don't know. I would happily see more pixel sex really. I get no kicks out of porn anymore, as someone suggested as a solution, nor am I lacking the real thing, but I am quite content seeing on screen humping with imaginary people I have come to care about during 120+ hours of gameplay. Far more satisfying than porn. Hell, its the only time I can hump someone else than my other half and I don't get slapped with a rolled newspaper! Even repeating, suggestive short cutscene would be glorious! And same really goes for other romance content.
This isn't The Witcher. EA aims to the new generations (kids) so they cannot put too much scenes with naked people.
What do you mean? Only Sera has a sex scene. DAI scenes are not as well done as ME3. It's not about nudity. I like ME3 scenes because of the cuddling and hugging, making it very romantic.

Minor spoilers ahead:
She is into romances, talks about me "courting" her and so on, yet she just tells me later in the game "I will accept the offer to become the new divine" and that is it.
We go to the balcony and enjoy the view.
Where was the emotion in those scenes?

I makes no sense for her to not even care the least bit.
I would have loved to unite inquisition and chantry somehow, or "rule" together with her, after all i was the herald of andraste and defeated a more than thousand years old magister that brought the blight to the world.
You'd think that after that men get some credit in the chantry.

Bioware has told the people who romanced Cassandra and later she becomes the Divine to wait and see what happens or something along those lines, so there is probably more to that arc.
