Isnt there only ONE shop there? I think you can buy stuff from the Urdnot Scientist dude though.

two shops, and its from the 2nd one "i think", which is unlocked after doing grunts loyalty mission. if its the first shop it will be available as soon as boot touches ground, or, as is more likely, rocket meets monkey thing.
