Are there any Schematic for making your own Qunari head gear, Vitaar face paint ? or are they all in game drops?

In-game drops. But there is a unique one with great stats behind the last door in the temple that gets opened up by the shards you find throughout the game (Arishok's Vitaar). Don't worry about it, even with the best helmet schematics and best materials in the game you can't make helmets better than what you're able to find anyways.

I don't know what you're smoking, but I need some. I have craftered every type of Armour (including helmets) beter than the strongest in game (as far as I know). Not too mention the buffs I can get from crafting my own; +14 to CON and STR on a helmet!!

There are unique helmets with better armor values than what you can craft, but you can craft helmets with more optimal stat bonuses than what comes on those helms. It really depends on what schematics you've acquired, as for a long while in my current playthrough I only had schematics with Defense slots, which were lackluster compared to helmets that were dropping from dragons.
That said, I'd love to know what schematic/materials you used to make a +14 Con and Str helmet, as the best schematics I've found are limited to 10 utility slots for +10/+10 with dragon mats.
