Finished the Way of the Assassin quest and respec'd my dw rogue for pretty high dmg/crit and not much else, can be challenging but always exciting (especially when you land a 3000 dmg hit). Also saved Iron Bull's chargers, I mean honestly you think i'm going to let a Hale voiced character die twice for this guy?

I would've included an option to save the chargers and the dreadnought instead of choosing one or the other

If Shepard can grab and pull up Grunt when fighting the proto reaper, the Inquisitor should be able to handle Iron Bull with ease

The Inquisitor has the anchor. If that doesn't work, she can have some lyrium to give her the extra strength. Or if playing as a mage, use a barrier on Iron Bull so he won't get hurt.
Welp, Team Ginger Bro killed Coryphyfish. Dorian, Iron Bull and Varric all wailed on him with a quickness. It was no contest for team Holden, really. Afterward, Solas was inconsolable about the broken orb and left. He took my good gear too. Oh well, he was the only person who could wear those keeper robes anyhow. Consider it a parting gift.
Afterward we had a party. Cass revealed that she was going to be chosen for Divine. Holden really didn't think that there was any doubt (Viv was not recruited, and Holden did Cass's war table mission to ensure her ascension). Even though he is pro-mage freedom, he saw the wisdom in not making too much change right away. Thedas is already scarred and needs some stability.
So that is that. I have to take a break for a bit. 8 play throughs in a row is a lot. Waiting for JoH so I can roll out Caitlyn Trevelyan on nightmare again..In the meantime.. I think I'm gonna cleanse the palate with some Assassin's Creed II. There is something about Italy I just can't quit. But I won't quit you guys! Promises!!

Judging from the landscape, Bull leaping off the cliff would just have him hilariously tumbling to the bottom still very much alive.
Zither is quite interesting as a mage and I'm enjoying him a lot. I usually play with the elementalist but Zither has really grown on me.
As far as 2H goes, I have a reaver that I tough it out with occasionally but it's a chore. The Avaar is already on the way to a second promotion in a week while the reaver has been stuck at level 17...since February.
Shortly after posting, I decided to try the Reaver out. Somehow I kicked butt at level 1 - I was just playing on Routine difficulty and joined a level 4 Duelist (resscued her after she dropped). I seemed to be a one-woman wrecking crew all the way through, so maybe this Reaver thing isn't so bad (having a ton of good gear probably helped, hehe).
What was particularly funny last night was when I opened a chest and got two epic bows from it. Sheesh, the only thing I REALLY want at this point is a single high-level epic staff because I mainly play mages. I have a good rare staff that I use, but the only epic staffs I get seem to be low-level ones.

...In my previous three games, the conversation with Bull, where he takes you out in disguise to meet some mercs, always happened the first time I talked with him after reaching Skyhold, the first time my inquisitor leaves the castle proper and tours the courtyard after becoming the inquisitor. Never been a matter of Bull not joining the group early enough, because I've always recruited everyone as soon as they become available.
I this game, after talking with everyone once, I took Bull, Viv, and Varric out to the Forbidden Oasis, and stayed there until we were done everything we could do, and I have just gotten back to Skyhold for the first time, after leaving it for the first time... uhh, if that makes sense. This is also the first time I remember Bull not being where he should be, namely in the Tavern. I'll try leaving and coming back again and see if that fixes things. I sure don't want to go back to a save prior to the Forbidden Oasispretty sure I couldn't go back any further than that.
I thought of something else....have you killed your first dragon yet? Maybe that's the missing convo?

Pfft hahaha now I'm just imagining a disgruntled Iron Bull covered in grass and mud moping all the way back to Skyhold on a far too tiny horse 
I can see Iron Bull getting caught in the ground with his horns or stuck to a branch from a tree that leaves him hanging around. Everyone walks up to him and laughs at how helpless he looks

Marcus also needs to figure out how Dorian keeps his robes so pristine while he is covered in goo from head to toe. Must be magic, yes?
Before heading back to Skyhold, however, they had one last battle to fight:
As a result of defeating the dragon, Marcus was able to finish mosaic #2, The Archdemon. Not able to get a decent shot with all the crates in the way.
Day 14037. Hinterlands. This place never ends. So many bears...
Really, Aud Cadash has spent several hours in the Hinterlands now. She's finished up a lot of the quests, recruited all of the agents, recruited Blackwall and successfully avoided meeting the Grand Enchanter.
I'm thinking I'll stop now, at level 8 (9? I don't actually know...), and just move the story forward. I've only sided with the templars once and it was a sort of speedrun, so I'm looking forward to seeing what changes. I still need to recruit Bull and Vivienne, but I think I'll skip exploring the Coast, Oasis and that Maker forsaken swamp until Skyhold this time. And I'd really like to get my specialization and Legion of the Dead armour sooner rather than later
On an unrelated note, Bioware should maybe possibly patch BE...there's a spoiler right at the start of the game, when you first click on the Emporium on the War Table, which you can do before even going to the Hinterlands for the first time. Aud was rather confused as to who this Corphileus was and why they suddenly decided to call her "Inquisitor."
I downloaded some of the DLCs that i didnt know existed and i have been messin around with multiplayer and stuff.... good times as usual. Oh i broke up with Sera too.... she is too much of a cry baby.

Also they can happen at any time in the game, and that drink with Bull afterwards is a celebration of killing a dragon, not part of the story... Or so I'd guess. Gotta be something else. I'm just worried he's gonna introduce me to the Chargers now, and my gut feeling says it's way too early for that.

All I'm basically doing is collecting power points. I have more than enough to side with the mages or templars. I might hold of for awhile to do everything possible to see what level I can get to before getting to Skyhold
I did purchase the Shield of the Emperor schematic at the Black Emporium for Cassandra. Nice looking shield

He may have thrown it out bringing you down the mountain. Carrying a person through snow can be strenuous.
