Aww, you're making me want to load up DA2 again, especially with all those pretty Fenris pics.

That almost sounded like a challenge

This is my personal favorite  :D

tumblr_npwwg9ympl1rr7n8lo3_1280.png

Bruce is soooo graceful~~ I love this pic xD

I did... nothing. Computer decided that it has enough and lags terribly on Inquisition. Maybe I'll finally brace myself and try getting achievment for defeating Harvester on hard... Ugh, but that bastard is hard... And getting used to DAO controls again... And having saves from only one Warden...

Nah, I think I'll pass.

After I defeated the giant in the dlc, I went back to the Hinterlands to do some clenup and gather more power points. I also got some more agents. I jump on a horse and went in circles. Felt like I was in the Kentucky Derby.

Went back to Skyhold and met Hawke. She told me she rather be having fun with Isabela than helping me. Can't blame her. I would do the same.

I caught Cassandra reading a dirty book. Even had Varric write another chapter for her. She owes me big time.

We went to the Hissing Wastes. After some exploring, we made camp and will continue after getting some rest

I like this one....she's looking at Bruce the way I look at my cats when they are in my feet, "helping" me walk: "Why are you in my way?" :P

She probably thought the same  :D

"Hey boss quit posing for pictures and help us out over here!"

"Shh...its that cute reporter from the Reyux reporter!"

(mumbles) "Of all the....ow...easy there girl!"

More like:

Bruce: I'm not posing! I'm trying to keep you all alive! *runs away from her flame breath*

Bull: I don't know what you mean, Boss. *dies*

Dorian: No, Bull! *dies*

Bruce: *sighs*  <_< *runs in circles around the Dragon waiting for his mana to go up* *resurrects them*

Fantastic screens!  That one with him about to get munched is amazing timing!

Thank you  Yeah, I love it  :D

I planned to post this earlier, but had to think about it for a while.

The game sometimes makes me doubt what I see. What exactly happens between Flemeth and Kieran during "The Final Piece" can be open to interpretation.

When you find Kieran in the Fade you'll see Kieran controlling a blue ball, which is used to indicate a soul traveling between bodies, near Flemeth:

Spoiler

You can see it more clearly when the cutscene starts:

Spoiler

Kieran snaps his fingers and the "soul" disappears:

Spoiler

When Morrigan attacks...

Spoiler

Flemeth blocks it with what appears like a "soul". It seems stationary and does not travel from Flemeth to others:

Spoiler

Morrigan's looks at her hand, which appears to have an anchor. This is probably not one and just a trace of her attack. The emphasis of her looking at it initially confused me.

Spoiler

Finally Flemeth is supposed to take the Old God's soul later in the dialogue:

Spoiler

Surrounding the blue ball there is a blue haze which indicates the travel direction of the soul. When Flemeth receives the soul it travels towards Flemeth. However, when you find Kieran (first image) that direction cannot be seen. Who's soul was Kieran controlling? The one of the Old God, his own or Flemeth's? If Kieran already received Flemeth's soul then Flemeth could have survived the hidden ending. Kieran notes that he feels alone after the events. Is that because the Old God's voice is no longer with him and Flemeth never transferred to him or that Flemeth simply remained silent. If the latter who was in control of Flemeth's dialogue? Her own (merged) soul or Mythal? Also, Flemeth wouldn't be able to force her soul upon Kieran, but the boy is not afraid of her and could have been willing to receive it.

If there is no Kieran in the game then this could be all smoke and mirrors and be irrelevant in any game. I still scratch my head whenever I play that quest, though.

Started a new playthrough with a Trevelyan warrior. I can't seem to play other races. Human just feels natural. This lady might romance Cullen. It feels... right.

Hey, how important is it to read the codex entries and all before you kill Gurd?  Can Nukem run around later picking up loot, or should I follow Izzy's advice and loot as I go?  Trying to do a bit of prioritizing objectives before I decide on strategy.  I'm there for the loot, but it's not worth freezing over.  Thanks.

Hmnmn... I was picking up everything as I was going after Gurd. Later (much later) I realised I missed one schematic. It was there, just like loot near it. So I think it's safe to go after Gurd and pick up everything later.

Cullen just feels natural as a romance. Or Solas. Ironic considering they were late additions.

Marcus actually completed a few quests in the Basin yesterday. First off, he rescued :o (yes, rescued as opposed to ran from) a bear. This was a special bear though, the hold-beast of Stone-Bear Hold. The Hakkonites had tricked her with free food and into a cage she wandered. Bad bear, always thinking with your stomach. [Why do I suddenly have an image of Chewbacca in my head???]

Spoiler

Then he found the tomb the shards in the Basin opened.
Spoiler

Finally, he baited and killed something called a "Nox Morta," which turned out to be a really big bogfisher? The thing kind of looked like a cross between a wild boar and a giant fish. Ugly as heck.
Spoiler

Afterwards, he scouted out the ice wall that Thane Sun-Hair mentioned. Yeah, that's not going to melt anytime soon. Time for plan B.

I really hope they release another story DLC that is actually mentioned outside of the DLC itself. I hate it when things in the DLC stays in the DLC. Also, it needs more relevance and probably something that continues post-ending(which will probably give me some motivation to actually finish Doom Upon All The World). Inquisition sort of feels too empty when it's done, and that's probably because of how anticlimactic the ending was.

I read they're working on story DLC, because they're not yet done with Inquisition. The main story was a hero's journey for the Inquisitor and JoH was a filler about the predecessor. I think it would be nice to have the Inquisitor's story continue like finding where Solas ran off to, or what new challenges and places will he/she encounter. Also, it would be cool to have more new abilities. I have a feeling there's more to the Inquisitor's anchor than opening/closing fade rifts and projecting a shield.

Apparently the new DLC armors are wearable by all classes. Here is a pic of my new character, Tanith, sporting the Avvar Armor.

Spoiler

Edit: It does kind of look like body paint, doesn't it?

That would explain it then. Running around half-naked should make everyone think she's nuts.  Soooo....how exactly does body paint provide more protection than, say, leather?

Still out of likes.  Cullen's romance

With you, Excella.  I don't think sending Cory bodily into the Fade was a good idea if that's where he was trying to go.....

Decided I had to leave the fire and had a great time playing with Gurd and pals.  I haven't sorted through the pictures yet, but these are pretty coolrfmF7Up.png

aKlJw3C.png

With this one, I thought I just got a bonus round, but it turns out, no, he's still sleeping.  I'll wake him up later.UsbmcsY.png

Once again, I forgot to use the rift.  Time to harvest some leather.

Well, Qunari use Vitaar's so if you play Qunari there's reasonable explanation.

If you're not Qunari... Who needs protection when everyone that's supposed to attack you would stand still, confused xD

In true Bioware form, there ought to be an option to punch the cute reporter.

I wonder how they get it off, tho. Soap? Magic? Bull's weird drink? (that stuff makes everyone jump out of their skin  )

^^Mix it in an oil base?  That would also help explain cold resistance and fire vulnerability.

A magic potion that's soapy and removes the war paint easily.

I figure Bull's drink contains every alcohol around the world to make it THAT strong.  :pinched:
