So, if I murder my requisition officer, can I claim self-defence?
Just a thought.

Can or can't, don't really care. I would do it anyway, and whomever comes along and says I can't do that is gonna end up crossing into the Fade quite spectacularly.
*cough cough hack spittle cough* I just one shotted the Lord Seeker...with Leeping Shot...and drinking an Mighty Offense Tonic. *cough*
So yeah started Promise of Destruction. (just have to talk with Cassandra really), did Solas's quest, and crafted all the things I could. And let me tell you I had juuuussttt enough tier 3 metal.
With Connie I finally finished Western Approach. Damn, she was tracking down Servis for quite some time. But well... that happens when you install both DAO and DA2... and then end up checking old saves ![]()
I don't feel even a little bit productive today, so I take Aine, my elven mage, for a walk. I finished her playthrough without taking any screenshots, so now I'm walking around, snapping pic here, pic there. I really like how Frostback Basin looks after defeating Hakkon, so I go there... and walk on Hakkonites. Great. Aine alone has to defend herself. One last stands... and I think he knows he's screwed.
Dwarf warrior on nightmare...
Still in the Hinterlands with Vivienne, Varric and Cassandra and they're trying to clean up everything in the area. I am still getting used to playing a warrior as I usually play a rogue most of the time so still not comfortable charging into the thick of it. So at the moment, Derek usually waits in the background with Varric an Vivienne while Cassandra takes most of the damage on the front lines
. Killed most of the mages in the rebel camp but the leader still survives so Derek will return to finish up this loose end in the future. Tried to change focus by clearing out the mercenary camp in the west but the bears and prowlers are running rampant and they are both making things difficult. The enemies were all to eager to offer a near death experience so the team tactfully withdrew to the Storm Coast.
Derek searched some seafront property on the hills for some loot but found dead inquisition soldiers instead. He had the option to challenge the leader to fight one-on-one. Derek decided that they were all a bunch of murderers as far as he is concerned so he planned to destroy them all. The outlaw dogs turned out to be tougher than their handlers and the fight itself took some time. Eventually, all the outlaws were defeated and the coastline was peaceful once again.
Then, the team encountered a Giant/Dragon sparring contest which got a reaction out of Varric and Cassandra:
The dragon left the giant alive
. Or so I thought... the giant ended up standing on a lightning patch (on the ground) when it targeted the team to attack. The giant ended up dead without Derek drawing a weapon.
Switched out Cassandra for Blackwall to go on a Warden hunt in the countryside. They ended up collecting anything that looked warden-y and returned to the Hinterlands. Derek's still at lv 7 and I crafted a Kirkwall mace with a DPS of 133 so I should be more confident in the charge the front line tactic in future

Just responding at the moment. I have to edit roughly close to 120 pictures of both DAI and DAO. Lol.
Origin time is fun time. I have Dragon Age 2 installed on my hdd taking some ~8gb worth of space, not counting the mods, and the game is perfectly playable. Yet when I look in Origin at my DA2 it keeps telling me to download the game ok...soooo... that 8gb in my DA2 folder is not actually DA2.. wut?
On another note Origin is still telling me I have only played Mass Effect 2 for 1 hour, while inside ME2 the game tells me that I have savegames that go from a couple of hours to ~30 hours of play time... I don't know what PC you are looking at Origin but it's not my system
*raises hand* Yup, I that with ME2 first time I played it after installing through Origin. Nearest thing I could figure is that Origin didn't like me starting the game from the desktop icon/metro tile thingy. Of course I never tested that theory
Yeah, Origin can be... a wee bit wonky.
Were you playing in offline mode, by chance? It won't track your time played if you do...
i think it was Theme or whatever her SN was (Sorry if I forgot) mentioned that there's the older version of this website and the newer version? I checked the older version not to long ago and found it up to my current stats as far as actual gameplay the last time I was on MASS EFFECT 3 (even though I haven't touched it since i beat Mickles Dyson. Was one of my best playthroughs ever by the way. Garrus: "AND THAT MY FRIENDS IS WHEN THE WORLD JUST RAN OUT OF BULLETS!!!" LMAO!) because it mentioned what levels all of my MP characters are and they all sounded right.
I got all the love that Origins needs.

Alistar was a really good romance but for some random reason my fave is this woman...

Maybe because of the look, the accent or just who she is? Liliana FTW! ![]()
Out of likes again
@NaclynE - Nice screens! That's my favorite armor for Sera, the one that looks like it's covered in scales. It looks awesome using stormheart, snowfleur skin, and ring velvet.
Thanks for the compliment. I do like showing armor pictures and selfies. Ever since they put it in I try to mess around with that armor color modder thing. It seems like not only does it improve the looks but what your character does or resists too.
My victories, little though they are, are few and far between, and so must be savoured.
So true.
Don't sell yourself short Sporky. Lol. We have our ups and downs.
Yesterday I only played MP (it was too late to play SP and a MP run only takes around 20-30mins)
We were on a Recover Heirlooms mission and I just had to take this screenshot.
Spoiler
I may try MP again at some point. Me and MP don't seem to get along. As I said i swear all of the MP players i seem to team with I swear never played NIGHTMARE DIFFICULTY in there life and yet I beat NIGHTMARE DIFFICULTY TWICE now....minus the DLC so far.
Redcliffe Castle was a blast, but, like the typical tourist, I took way too many pictures. Ummmh, up to 25 and here's this

Working backwards down the list, I think I owe the developer. Right. Off to make some loot.
Here's target practice before I left home

Do you mean Nightmare in SP, or Perilous in MP? I haven't played on Nightmare yet (I'm playing on Hard with Bruce, the next PT will be Nightmare) but I went twice into Perilous, didn't survive a single run. v___v *needs more training*
What system are you all playing MP on?
PC =)

More like insanity defense.
Though nothing is more annoying than when she cuts off banter. ![]()

Why do Merrill and Xenon have the same mirror? ![]()
So, I finally finished my guy's play through. A recap in photos.
The Frostback Basin:
A stop in Val Royeaux.
Marching on to the Arbor Wilds.
The final battle and victory!
There you have it! I enjoyed Julian's story and guiding him through his leadership. Plus he was easy on the eyes, especially during his romance with Cassandra. Speaking of Cassandra, she was elected Divine. Bittersweet!
However, when Jules talked to Cassandra later in Skyhold, she begged to go adventuring with him. He was more than happy to have her at his side again.
I'm taking a break from playing DAI, but I'll still be around reading and posting. ![]()

Oh no!
Julian will have to join Harold, Liam, and Marcus (the first) in commiseration. Cass is just a heart-breaker extraordinaire! ![]()
I'm outta likes again and of course can't multiquote on my phone.... But I was gonna say something about how Cassie is just crushing her inquisitorsOh no!
