Yep I did get some nice loot out of there, but I was hunting the Sandy Howler, thinking he was the last one I needed for the achievement. My little elf mage was a powerful K-E by then. She didn't sneak, she sliced. You can do the same with the dragon in the Hissing Wastes. I did it when I was doing the Tomb of Fairel quest. The tombs have some nice stuff.
What Did You Do Today (in the DA 'verse) ? .... oops ;)

I miss clicked twice today *Cassandra Greatly Disapproves* it's right after a tough boss fight and no way i could save there, so i had to fight that dude on nightmare + being under-leveled just made it a painful experience. Anyway, in the end i managed to do everything right. Gonna buy a new mouse/keyboard for sure.(only if i had any money left)

4 Nug's were harmed in the making of this Enchanter's Coat.
And shamefully, every Nug was worth it
But apart from that, not much has transpired. Christmas day approaching, Steam winter sales, and it looks like I got 5 free days from Blizzard for WoW, so I've just been here and there.
Slowly working my way through Hinterlands on hard, and I have to say that I enjoy this cautious, slower approach. Templar Encampment has been cleared out, now on to those rebellious Mages!

Snuck around the dragon without stealth. Impressive.
I'm gonna have to try that with my rogue sometime. Still have to kill one to get the achievement, and I may end up hunting them anyway, but sneaking sounds very... Bilbo-ish. Challenge accepted
Haha you know, that's why I've been away for some time, I went to watch the 3rd Hobbit movie, and then decided to rewatch the previous two, and then I was inspired to watch the LotR again, which takes a lot of time, especially if we are talking extended edition
Anyway, that sneaking-around-the-high-dragon part? Clearly Bilbo's influence ![]()

I'm up to 62 hrs on this play through.....
Crafting is the bane of any adventure. I created my first runes today and upgraded Love and Hate with fire and ice. I was contemplating cleansing and corruption, but changed my mind at the last minute. They now do 242 DPS. I spent another hour in the undercroft testing different formulae for armors, trying to figure out which ones I should make next. I picked up a bunch of Phoenix Scales from the Dalish, and I'm thinking I might use those, but Great Bear leather gives another fantastic option. Dexterity or Dexterity + Cunning? Stagger on being hit, Defense, or Health bonus? Decisions, decisions, decisions.
We went to the Emerald Graves to do hunt Great Bear for the Dalish.
I met Fairbanks, and I found August Rams running around there as well. So we slaughtered a bunch of those, and then ran into the Great Bears. They weren't too bad. Solas brought me back to life once, and we killed enough of them to make two full suits of armor. We'll have to go back later for some more skins.
We cleared out that big mansion. It looked like it might have been a nice place for a summer palace, but it was real creepy inside with all the dead bodies. We still might clean it out and move in after the war.
Then there was a giant walking around. I thought that if Great Bear hide was great for armor, what would giant skin be like? So we tried to kill the thing. Solas got squashed. Dorian brought Solas back to life. Then Cassandra got squashed. And I decided it was time to run away. And that was the smartest thing we could have done because my daggers were doing hardly any damage to the thing. I'm like trying to slice his achilles tendon, right? And it's doing nothing. We need big guns. Too bad we don't have any. That hide would make some great armor; I just know it. If they only didn't throw those big boulders.
So I took out my frustrations on another Great Bear, and went back to Skyhold. Our backpack was full. Now I've got to figure out how to get a bigger backpack. Or a pack mule. I'm hardly carrying anything. It's mostly crafting ingredients. I need a chest to store sh*t. I wish there was one in the Undercroft where I could store crafting ingredients, and sort them. You know.... like herbs, armor crap, weapons mods. Like that.
Most of the armor and weapons we find out there is shite anyway. Better to make our own.
Leiliana had her report, Cullen had his report, and Josie had her report. Good work gang.
Then to make the night complete, I had to sit in judgement of some Chasind barbarian who desecrated my castle with a goat. They're barbarians, and will be nothing but trouble here, and they'll cause nothing but trouble anywhere they go. I exiled his tribe to Tevinter. Let them deal with the Chasind. Sometimes the punishment is worse than death.

Turning in materials for research on the higher difficulties is definitely something you don't neglect.
-Turns in weapon fragments/stuff from fade demons-
-Damage bonus against Humanoids/fade demons-

Thank you based RNG! Now keep this coming along, it'll definitely help further in the game.

Also a lot of people seem to hold on to items to use for later. I'd advise against that unless it's a ring to augment a certain ability you know you'll have in the future. Every other piece of equipment you'll either find better ones real soon, or you'll craft something better real soon.

I'm trying to remember if the song that was playing when you were in the hall talking to everyone was "I am the One". I've been listening to it while crying about Cassandra becoming Divine and leaving me but we won't know how it plays out till dlc I slowly creep through Hinterlands on Hard, and I'm pretty sure thats the song that plays during that bit.
...I'm not even sure if a song was playing at all now

Once the strange rift in space/time did whatever it did, Sullastine and crew found themselves deposited in what can only be described as a giant Fade Midden which is sort of the like a sewer, only less charming. Someone in the Fade likes green, a lot and M.C. Escher.
Once they all got themselves on the same page or level, Cass saw the Divine who was supposed to be dead, and they all waded over to talk to her.
Seems that Sullastine has been suffering from amnesia since the beginning and that's when things go all Spellbound with memories being reclaimed from Fade wisps and everyone getting to be privy to some creepy psychoanalyzing from the spirit-Divine. Way to have four other people privy to your innermost mental turmoil! It's exactly what Sullastine always wanted, but how do you discreetly ask you three friends, the Champion of Kirkwall and random Warden Stroud to kindly go stand behind that green stone outcropping while you relieve your mental anguish at the Conclave's last moments or while the you witnessed the Divine's death at the hands of demon spiders?
In the end, you just sort of rush through it all and hope no one remembers ... Oops! There's Cass back at Skyhold writing out her detailed personal account of it all ...
So, how much do you think it would take to get Varric to sneak in and steal the account and burn it before Cass sends it to the scribes?

I'm getting stronger and can feel my powers coming back. Good. I'm feeling more comfortable about having this mortal's body. She is very agile for a mage and very tough. She would do well in my world.
I decided to go back to the Hinterlands to help with the people and the problems they have. I will let Cullen determine how to use the mages for closing the breach. Every time I kill something whether its a mortal, beast or another demon, I get stronger. I can feel the rage grow from within. I need to be careful not to go overboard. I still don't want anyone to know I'm not this person.
Leliana mentioned about finding a Grey Warden. I wonder if that's the mortal, I mean person over there.
me: Are you the Grey Warden known as Blackwall?
Blackwall: How do you know my name?
me: Wait a minute. Who is Thom Rainer?
Blackwall: How do you know that name?
Cassandra: What does that name have to do with this Grey Warden?
me: Are you Blackwall?
Blackwall: Yes I am. You still didn't answer my question. Why did you mention the name Thom Rainer?
me: (lie) Before coming here, I overheard a scout asking folks if they heard that name and that he is looking for that individual.
Blackwall: Uh. Ok. What is you want?
me: Why are you so nervous? Does that name scare you?
Blackwall: I can't help you, whoever you are. I need to take care of some Grey Warden business
Cassandra: What was that all about?
me; Ask me later and I will tell you. I will say that we just saved ourselves a headache. Lets head back to Haven to see if everything is ready to close the breach.

Yesterday I traveled through time.
No big deal.
Though not as many flying cars as you might expect. Mostly crazed demons eating everyone.
Now I have this weird Tevinter mage who I suspect has a huge crush on me.
No wait, he's like that with everyone. Nevermind.
I called him a Magister once, he called me an ignorant fool for thinking that all Tevinter mages are part of the Magisterium. I called him an arrogant ****** for assuming everyone outside Tevinter even knows what the Magisterium is.
Needless to say, we're quickly becoming best of friends.
(p.s. I'm surprised that word got censored, honestly, but I'm leaving it like that cause it actually makes it look dirtier then it really is.
