So glad I kept the Inquisition Sword and Inquisition Shield. Cassandra looks more bad*** than ever! She looks exactly like herself in that one poster...

I almost always keep those, too. Just carry 'em around until I can put them in the storage chest in Skyhold. Same with Bull's Axe, and Cole's other hat. Some gear that different characters have that's theirs. The inquisition gear is Cassie's. I'll never equip it on her again, but I don't sell it either.

T'is a shame that before the Storage Chest, they had to go. What kind of RPG does not have some sort of storage feature!

Hey, that's cool... is it possible to see them both in the same sky, because even with my stellar record of picking out details *cough* I've never noticed it.

I don't remember anything about seeing them both.

I know, but ehhhh it just meant more trips to merchants. I think I only managed two complete PTs before the storage chest anyway, heh.

Yeah, i didn't think so. Psssh... Antivans. ;)

I keep a lot of things. Mainly Unique Weapons. Never exceeded 300 though.

Honestly, I think it'd be a whole lot more useful if Crafting materials took up inventory slots. As it is, it'as a dump for that unique gear that I just might need someday, heh.

I'm pretty sure I've never kept more than 50 items, and yeah they're mostly unique weapons. Also runes. I never sell runes. I dunno why.

Well that is bad on their part. Since they're doing that, then they should've put the game on the ps4, xone, pc and ignore the ps3 and x360. I would be curious who came up with that idea.

I think it would have been best if Inquisition did not come out on PS3 and 360. Judging from the videos of the level of detail and stability. It is adequate at best. You can clearly tell that the game's graphics is set to LOW. For consoles, you have to be subtle about the graphics and make it look as best as it can like Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag on PS3. It's not as beautiful as the PS4 version, but it looks beautiful enough to the point where it's hardly an eyesore. Inquisition on last-gen is just so poorly done. The game was not optimized enough and hence lacking the "Scar" option. I bet that must have angered some players.

I don't either. I like to keep them in case I need to use a rune on the go. Fortunately, for JoH, I never have to worry about Superb Spirit, Lightning, Fire, and Ice Runes. I have over 300 pure essences of each. Sadly, Superb Cleansing and Demon-Slaying have a finite amount of resources whereas Superb Corrupting and Dragon-Slaying are not. Corrupting's pure red lyrium is rare to get as a drop rate which sucks. Also, JoH have me the opportunity to get rich by repeatedly selling the unique weapons gained from the Rift goo. JoH was a savior if not also tedious.

I agree after reading that article.

I know the graphics aren't up to par on the ps3, but I still enjoy the game. My biggest concern was the shiny hair.

I suspect this an EA thing that's going on. Since the next dlc will not be on the ps3 and x360, those folks will have to get a new console, if they choose, and if they do they will see how much better the game looks and end up buying another copy of DAI for that console if they choose

If I was in charge, the next dlc would be for all platforms since the previous dlc and game was for all platforms

I believe if you bought JoH on PS3, it will be available for you on PS4. I got both versions when I bought JoH on PS4, so it should work vice versa. The new Save Import feature looks promising for last-gen users. Now, all they need is a New Game+ or a feature to save previous Inquisitors' faces.

I have to say, it was a very cheap business tactic to put Inquisition on last-gen only to abandon it less than a year later. Does this mean you will be moving to one of the supported platforms?

I was planning on buying one fpr myself just before the Uncharted trilogy is released in October.  I will most likely wait on getting the new dlc whenever it comes out.

More wondferful pics. How did you do the fly-along with the dragons in Emprise du Lion? Poor Kubrie was totally restrained by the laws of gravity in my game, and only got them from a distance :P .... Also love that pride-demon-through-a-keyhole shot at the temple of Pride. d.

Thanks! Are you asking a mage what she did to defy all existing laws? Of course she used magic  :wizard:

But seriously, I used Flycam. I personally use this little .exe. Of course I fire up game and it turns out hotkeys are not working  :crying: Booo... No more scrennies until I figure out what happened >.>

Pretty big keyhole if my whole party can get through it xD But I really like this fight. Pride Demon scales to your level, so it's not that boring. And all those electric mines around o 3o

I'm the same. Unique weapons I like - storage chest. Runes and good weapon/armor upgrades if I find any - storage chest. Orlesian masks after I find better helmet - storage chest :)

I agree. It would be better if it didn't come out in PS3 and 360 in a first place. It's not even about graphics, but disappointment of those who'll not be able to complete their Inquisitors' journeys. Unless they buy new generation console. Which not everyone can do.

I saw a thread in the Feedback section asking for Bioware/EA to offer free replacement copies to old gen folks, instead of making them buy another copy. I doubt it will happen (because money-grubbing), but it would be good if it did. Apparently, a couple of other developers have already done something like this, allowing people to trade in their old gen copy to receive a current gen one.

This 'save importer' thing isn't much good if you have to shell out another £50 (or however much it is now) for a game you already own.

Its not the money that bothers me its that they did this after the game and first dlc was released on the ps3 and x360

The Witcher 3.  Drives me bonkers.  My poor Roach is carrying around 122 lbs of crap right now.  I don't really bother using inquisition perks to get more carrying capacity anymore.  I just try to go back and forth to Skyhold regularly.  But sometimes it is just so easy to roam and explore and whatnot and all of a sudden I'm at my 60 lb cap.  Oops.  I wish you had a storage chest at each of your keeps too.  That would be even more awesome.

Hehe, poor Mira with no armor. Just think if you were on the Exalted Plains, you could bring all those soldiers, who are just waiting to die, out of their doldrums and give them something else to talk about :D

.... and I agree, I love those campsites in the Braves. It makes me think of being an Inquisition scout, with a mission to map out the place, so I go out there and set up a camp like that and do some scouting around, and eventually get flattened by a rock some giant dropped on my head. Sometime later the Inquisitor herself will come across that rock, and see my skeletal hand sticking out from under it, still clutching my map notes, and they will lead her to a treasure cache or something. At the cache she'll find a good weapon and name it after the scout who died so she could find it.

uh, sorry... lovely screenies :D Sister Costeau on fire is awesome.

Great description of the ultimate "Message for you, Ser."  Have you ever seen the victim of falling rocks on the Storm Coast?  Like that, only holding a note.  Perfect.

After all that, Mira decided she had too much cash on hand and went shopping at the Boutique Extraordinaire.  New armor again ensued, this time using some of that coveted dragon hide.  I'm really hoping for a color combination that brings out the glow in her skin like with Dorian.

@Forsythia77 - I don't bother much with extra inventory, either, except it does let you stay in the field longer.  It is pretty tough to do without for WEWH, though.

So on today's episode of Dragon Age Inquisition...running around the Frostback Basin, of Augurs, and awesome craftings.

Wow...that conversation with the Augur of Stone Bear Hold was one of the most fascinating in the game.  Perhaps in all of the DA games.  Especially with Cassandra in the background making her comments.  A lot of...weird stuff going on.  A lot of interesting things that came from that, that thoughts travel quckly in the fade, the Inquisitor is quite a beacon to other demons and spirits.  The comments on the Well of Sorrows and the Envy Demon.  Though, lol, Kara is among the rudest people in the universe she jumped up on the Augur's summoning table in the middle of the bubbling culdron before talking with him, all, "hi! :D "

And those amazing schematics I am recieving left and right.  Crafted up a new tier 3 staff for Dorian, a new Tier 4 Shield for Black wall, and a new Tier 3 Shield for Cass.  Gave Cass and Blackwall 'walking fortress' fade touched stuff, forgot what I gave Dorian.  And still can't give Kara a new hat with better cloth...anyways.

Other then that particpated in the Avarr trials...leaping shot off the cliff...three times.  Freed Stovakar....and also Kara found a rather epic sniper's perch at one point to use on one of the Fade touched Creechers and was firing down, I love finding perches...then had to jump down it when the thing went out of the way.

After learning how to properly work with the DA Keep, I gave in to a temptation to start my Miri Trevelyan again, this time with a right world state. (I thought I had it right the first time around, but after HE Hawke appeared, it was clear I didn't... That's why I let him rot in the Fade by the way, he wasn't even supposed to be there.)

New Miri woke up in the prison, sealed the rift under the Breach and begun scouting Hinterlands.

Upset about new Miri not being as pretty as the original one. I'm not compatible with DA:I char creation, 3 of 5 character attempts turned out bad... :(

Made a screenshot of Therinfall (from that cutscene where Leliana sends her ravens) and put it as desktop wallpaper. The only pretty thing in the new gameplay so far.

Heh, I wasn't even thinking of "Message For You, Ser" when I wrote that up. I was thinking more about how giants are always dropping rocks on my head in this game :P  ...and i did see that 'beware of falling rocks' thing  but it wasn't until my third game that i discovered the significance of that sign. I think in my first two games I got attacked by wolves or bears or bandits, and turned away from that path.... Nice armor stats on that new coat too :). You could always re-tint that in Undercroft to find a good match for Mira's glowing skin. I always end up going with the "great bear hide" to tint those coats.

Hmm.. Now I'm tempted to have my Inquisitor run around with no armour. Maybe during a dragon fight.

The scene will be like after forgetting to set her alarm clock the night before, the Inquisitor hastily left to go to the Emerald Graves the next morning and forgot to put her clothes on. Oblivious to the amount of stares and gawking from everybody, she kept fighting off the Freemen, giant bears and a dragon that got in the way... Maker knows the reports sent back to Skyhold will have people talking..
