No, I had to craft armor for one.
No, I had to craft armor for one.
Hmnmn, maybe you crafted one of upgraded armors? I'm pretty sure Keeper, Legionnaire and Archer are available from the start.
It's Archon Fire Staff. Before Black Emporium the only way to get it was as random loot. Now it's possible to buy schematic in BE.
Thanks!
Normal here. I'm not very coordinated with the controls (first computer a couple years ago.)
Grenades are really worth it. Healing mist can be a lifesaver during dragon fights, and confusion grenade can double the size of your fire team if you have a tricky mob. Jar of Bees is a boss killer.
Yeah, I kinda found in multiplayer the other day that grenades and potions have their uses, heh. On casual it just doesn't seem to be necessary. i really should bump up the difficulty though, because the multiplayer experience has already exposed my lazy tactics and habits ![]()
Thanks
I used Wynne, dog and Leliana for the whole game. It was the easiest run I've had. It was also the first time I never used the bastila to kill the archdemon. Lots of different dialogue from Alistair if he's never used especially when going to fight the archdemon
I played as a warrior using a sword and shield. Very good. The way I had Leliana setup, she was dealing a lot more damage than I was. It was Wynne that surprised me. She stayed far enough away to keep everyone alive with her heal spells.
I think i'm gonna go with a rogue. I just love the DW rogue in Origins. I know warriors can DW too, but it's not the same, heh. And I totally agree about Wynne and her healing abilities in Origins. I don't change her tactics, I let the game pick her talents and skills for me on level-up, and I just let her do her thing. She keeps us all alive.
After reversing patch to number 7 (everything for Flycam), Connie started her adventure in Frostback Basin. Divine Victoria... I mean Cassandra, Vivienne and Sera joined Inquisitor.
First thing first, party camp. Connie wonders where irreplaceable Scout Harding stores all her energy.

Wonderful screenies
... The Frostback Basin =
I have to get back there and do some adventuring soon. All your fault.
It's worth it just for the tree forts.
This. Forget every other reason to play JoH. Remember this and just play it ![]()
Great Bears are hard for me to find and farm.
Multiplayer update: I unlocked the Assassin and Legionnaire
Oh, gotcha. i wasn't trying to farm them or anything, heh. I mean, sure the Great Bear Hides were nice to have, and I wasn't going to turn them down, but it was just one of those, "the hell is going on?" moments.

Hey I know this isn't the most inappropriate place, but does the Keep reflect if you change your "faith" in being the Herald later.....Or does it only have that one option after the "Wrath of Heaven"?
I don't have many tiles unlocked, for some reason.

Most of the tiles are bugged and seem to not unlock even after completing whole playthrough. That's why I just used 'Spoiler' switch to show all tiles.
But to answer your question. No, that tile is the only one where you can decide whether your Inquisitor believed or not.
Somewhere at Bioware, there is an engineer with a twisted sense of humor. He's the guy who keeps adding in metal nodes we can't collect and flowers that are completely underground. Like this one. Well played, engineer, well played.

Clearly, he is the same guy who put in this holy grail in the Western Approach. Y U TEASE ME, YO?!

I'm just about done again. Level 24 with only the last two quests left. I've cleared out all the zones. Shay slogged her way through the Exalted Plains (finally). Gave Vivienne her Wyvern heart. Killed the Gimordan Stormrider and the frosty gal in the Emerald Graves. Fun times!
I must say that hidden blades in a DW assassin is just not fair. The killing is just way too easy. Shay is quite the BAMF. I don't even have it on both daggers. It's too much! One is enough. It pops off all the time and things are just four hits and dead. ![]()

And when you add Mark of Death... I actually kinda love it, just a little bit.

I don't even have mark of death! I thought that would make it more challenging.

I'm totally gonna have MoD and Hidden Blades in my nightmare pt. Add Stealth and I'll be tiny ninja ![]()

That's what Kubrie was... well, not so tiny, but she was a pretty good ninja
But... but... it's so much fun
Not saying it's not fun. I just didn't take it for the challenge of it. I also almost never take the special class ability either. I like to go stealth, poison blades, flank attack if I've already used hidden blades. ![]()
Upgraded spinning blades is fun too.

The only time I've used the class skill, so far, is for my Archer Tempest. Thousand Cuts is amazing.
I never did use spinning blades. i figured my critical chance was already pretty good. But, now that i think about it, with Hidden Blades also, it must be impressive.

Whirling dervish of death. It's magical! And like the 2H warrior AoE attack, you can get in there and hit a bunch of people a bunch of times and just kill them dead.

The one playthrough I did as a DW, I had hidden blades on both daggers, hidden blades on Cass' weapon, hidden blades on Sera's bow and hidden blades on Dorian's staff. Each fight was nothing but hidden blades. I couldn't stop laughing of how quickly the fight would end. This was on nightmare

I've never used that.

Even when I'm not playing a DW, I add hidden blades to all weapons be it a staff, bow, sword, shield or two-handed

Thousand cuts are hidden blades on crack.
I love using upgraded spinning blades on my DWs along with skirmisher, twin fangs and death blow.

I never thought of adding hidden blades masterwork on other weapons aside from DW. Maybe I'll try that next time.

I did that too, once. That was massacre.

It's worth it.
Mere words cannot express how annoyed I am, once again, today, to be thwarted at every turn. The garage overbooked and didn't have time to fix my muffler, even though I made the appointment last week! They printed out a note to give to the cops in case I get pulled over. Again. At this point, the thing I'm afraid of is running out of routes to take that I haven't been pulled over yet on. No matter how many estimates I have, if the same cop pulls me over twice, I'm out of luck. Argh.
And now, after taking Suledin keep, I find that once again, the internet's too unreliable to even upload a single picture. Again.
My 2H warrior had hidden blades on her sword. It was glorious.

Okay, I'll do it.
