They mostly consist of people being just flying heads, having noch legs, missing clothes, Varric once has no forehead...etc

I can't use anything except tac-cam and in-game pause so it frustrates me to tears sometimes but I am improving a little. DAi cinematic thingy and mods my anti-virus won't allow on my pc, it happens.

 Oh no! Don't let me dissuade you. I just didn't care for the Orlesian politics bits, which took up about 2/3 of the book. If you like Michel, you will definitely get your fill in TME.

I will have to think about it... See if Michel is enough for me to go through the politics XD
 

 

 
 Oh, poor Fenris again.   I could never kill him. 

I didn't mean to, but I had to  I tried to be his friend at the beginning, and it didn't work because I took him to quests where I made decisions he didn't agree with. Then I tried to be his rival, but I couldn't get to full rivalry because he sometimes agreed with me. I wasn't planning ahead, so the main problem was that he was my tank and I took him everywhere XD That prevented me from getting to full rivalry or full friendship.

By the end of the game, my rivalry level was at about 75%. I sided with mages, and he was super mad at me and left. Later, we met again and I asked him if there was anything I could do to convince him to join me. He said: NO. And that's when the game makes you fight him and kill him. There's no way out of it when you're at that rivalry level.

The ending of DA2 was so traumatic for me   I also had a bug that made all enemies disappear and I had to cheat my way out of the final fights because I couldn't see where everyone was XD
 

I'm enjoying everything much better now that I chose the rival path from the beginning with Fenris (if he's your rival at 100% he sides with you no matter what you choose). Much fun, Fenris seems to kind of like being challenged? He used to shun my Female Hakwe when she tried to be nice to him, but seems to consider carefully the things my aggressive Male Hakwe tells him when he calls him out on stuff.

I get this message from EA on my XBOX 360 before I kick on Ullia Mint Tooth. I am a wee bit puzzled and concerned by it. Is it try to tell me I should stop posting pictures here? Reason why I ask is because part of the rules and regulations page to ensure continued use says:

 

" Content' On EA services includes software, technology, text, forum posts, chat posts, profiles, widgets, messages, links, e-mails, music, sound, graphics, pictures, video, code, and all audio visual or other material appearing on or emanating to and/or from EA services..". "This is reffered to be content" under the USGC" Bottom line is it sounded like I shouldn't be posting pictures here anymore?

 

There was another thing about modding (which I never did or plan to do because I know it's illegal and would/could send me to prison. Besides I am not knowledgable anyway.). The other stuff was pertaining selling stuff and making a profit which is defenetly not me. People that burn music CDs then sell them are jerks because theres a 90% chance they'll give you a crappy copy for $50 or give you a Katey Perry CD when the cover says METALLICA for $200.

 

It seemed like a good chunk of it was pertaining to the online KOTOR game n stuff but I found this odd I get this message a few minutes ago while barely popping on DAI.

 

I feel like I am in deep doodoo for posting pictures here. I hope i'm not. I never had this problem before when I was posting MASS EFFECT 2 pictures. Seriously will I be banned for posting or continue to post pictures here? I am just very confused atm. If it was my J stars stuff then yeah ok I'll stop doing that. I won't post anymore other company game stuff. I just don't know what to do at this point.

 

PS: Part of the "rules and regulations" thing seemed like it covered "Errors, bugs, and issues". Seriously are they saying I should stop mentioning issues I have been having in EA games? Again very confused here.

 

I read a good chunk of the rules and regulations thing and accepted it but...i still don't understand why i got this message like now...

PPS: Funny thing i mentioned " give you a Katey Perry CD when the cover says METALLICA for $200". I kind of actually had this happen to me in real life in a way. I went to BEST BUY and I spent $40 to get volume 1 of BIRDY THE MIGHTY DECODE. Disc 2 of it said it was disc 2 of it. When I put it on...it was a disc of FULL METAL ALCHEMIST. I was like "WTF!". I mentioned this to an employee and excahnged to get another one. I got another one and yes disc 2 was disc 2 of BIRDY THE MIGHTY DECODE and not FULL METAL ALCHEMIST. Certainly wasn't my fault FUNAMATION pirated or mislabled it. Lol.

most companies update their terms of agreement / rules and regs etc for using their products quite often, hence the message you think was randomly recieved . One thing to understand is when reading either of those you need to calmly take your time reading the entire section, not just skimming and hitting a few words then panicking. You'll find most of it is simply EA protecting their copyright/trade mark.

 

For sharing of videos and screenshots on the Bioware Social Network, for one Bioware is owned by EA, and this is their official forum so sharing screenshots, videos etc of their games here is absolutely fine otherwise they'd have a big sticky news post (sign) saying "don't!". You're not passing the content from the game off as your own, not trying to sell it in any way etc. If you were to get banned for posting a unedited screenshot from one of Bioware's games in one of Bioware's forums then probably 90% of the registered users of these forums would have to be banned too. You're completely fine in this regard.

Don't worry about screenshots taken from Dragon Age (or Mass Effect) here.  If you were posting screens from a different game and saying it was DA, or posting DA screens somewhere inappropriate, that would be different.  The site rules do say screenies are OK here, as are graphics, etc. that aren't copyrighted or are owned by the poster.  This is mostly to combat advertisements, and to prevent forum users from using material without giving proper credit or getting permission.

 

Speaking of screens and graphics glitches, this one is on the Storm Coast, near Small Grove camp, by a tunnel halfway up the cliff.  Elissa was scaling cliffs, alone, and went to check on the team.  They had all found a hidden half-submerged cave and were just hanging out.  Bull looks perfectly fine and happy, but something disturbing indeed happened with Dorian and Blackwall.  That little ditty about teleportation from Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy comes to mind.

@Gilli-chan - the thing I find most disturbing about your Anders screen isn't that his legs didn't render, it's that Merrill's standing behind him, walking away, and hers did.  Oh, wow - there's proof that Anders is possessed - aren't demons supposed to have a physical defect?  I think they were once depicted in manuscripts as revealing the cloven hooves beneath their robes.

Some of us here since the beginning, and some of us who have joined since then, we've done a lot of adventuring in Thedas since last November, and seen a lot of Inquisitors make the world a better place, one way or another. Romances, punches, beatdowns with a stick, betrayals, card games, trashy novels, disgusted noises, demons, demons and more demons, cookies, chess, dreams in the Fade. Seen some pretty amazing mods, and some equally amazing glitches, dealt with hardware issues, dealt with finding time to play. Visited old friends in Kirkwall, visited old friends during the time of the last blight, met some of the Inquisition's multitude of agents and experienced how they furthered the Herald's cause, and even recruited a pirate queen  
 
Through it all, you guys and gals have been here, describing those adventures in wonderful ways, through text and screenshots, and even through video. It's been amazing to share, and awesome to be a part of. Today we hit 300 pages. There is a joke in there somewhere about Sparta, but i'm just going to say thank you for being here and continued happy adventuring

Oh ok. *phew* monkey off my back. I kind of am having an off day. I kind of had a meeting in the morning I needed to attend and I went to GAME FAQS.com for the TR board and have been butting heads with someone there. A person deliberatly said "you're slow" which I don't like being rubbed in my face when I know I am mentally slow. I asked for a clarifaction on what he meant and he got all jerkfaced about it but on a third post explained that that wasn't his intent that the intent was that he was saying I am slow on obtaining information but instead of apologizing for the lack of clarifacation he says something to the effect that I gotta do the time for paying for the crime or something to that effect. Pfffft. I am a outside the box type person and sometimes i'm like what the heck. The whole EA thing made me feel the way I did. I guess I shouldn't of jumped to conclusions. Lol. I don't know. Sometimes some things just don't make sense to me even if I fully read something or not. I had way to many worst case scenarios happen to me.

 

I have bought all my games legally and registered them so i'm ok on that angle. I am greatful I haven't had a mislabled copy issue from EA yet either. Lol.

SporkFu, wanting to punch Anders is understandable, it was my reaction the first time I played, but I have changed my mind since XD This Hawke and Anders will be fugitives together. Hawke will think of something. He will also try not to kill Fenris, like my Female Hawke had to do... so many people died during my Female Hawke playthrough that I didn't blame her for being serious in Inquisition. It was horrible.

I set a world state for my second PT, that had an aggressive Hawke in a romance with Anders, and it was really well done when he talked about Anders in Skyhold with the Inquisitor. Just the way Hawke said, "It's... complicated." It made me glad of the choices. And it also means I'll never have to actually play it out in DA2
 

Page 300 - woohoo! Yeah, not much to actually contribute adventure-wise because I'm basic leveling every remaining character I have in SW:TOR to get that done before the KotFE thingy, heh.

It's all good. This isn't a "what have you done lately?" kinda place.

I unlocked a couple passives and another ability from Alessandra II's Reaver specialization. Ring of pain is kinda meh, but devour has a cool animation where she thrusts her hand into an enemy's chest and rips out their heart. Can't wait to unlock dragon rage and the rampage focus ability to see those animations. So deliciously violent...

I just hit the level cap (level 20) with my Reaver in multiplayer not too long ago, and I gotta say I love the devour skill. It's awesome. I didn't build her with dragon-rage and rampage, but I have decided that my next SP warrior will be a reaver.

That also works ... and honestly as I went back and re-read that and corrected the *ahem* one or two spelling mistakes I found, it kinda sounded like a farewell speech to me too, heh. But it isn't intended to be at all, just an acknowledgement of something that I think is pretty cool

My antivirus also screamed "DON'T" the first time I started DAI Cinematic Tools, but I made it ignore it 

 

I have a mission - during IYHSB I'm planning to achieve this level of epicness again. Do you think I can do that?

Sadly it is a huge struggle to get the file exempted since it's removed the moment the download from the browser finishes and the few times I managed to get it downloaded/installed and working/useable with exempt status turning my computer off makes me need to do it all over again when I turn the computer on again. It's frustrating, couldn't find a fix or reason for it online so gave up, for now.

I don't recall getting any major glitches in DA2, I've had a few in Inquisition, although considering the scope of the game, not too many.

For a pretty reliable, not to mention amusing, glitch, I usually visit the requisition officer.  They all glitch from time to time, but the one at the starting camp in the Forbidden Oasis is the most reliable.  I've had her render up to her neck in sand, standing half in stuff, etc.  The best was when her legs didn't render at first, but "grew in" from the hips down, almost like they were unrolling, like a reverse of what happened to the Wicked Witch of the West's legs in Wizard of Oz.  I did take a screen, but FRAPS would have been better, because then the unrolling part would show up.  Really weird.  Companions do take the weirdest paths, don't they?

I was watching some videos (MP and SP) that showed dragon rage and rampage. The animations look cool with the fiery claws that I've seen. Can't wait to unlock those for Alessandra II, but she looks awesome when she uses devour

Oh? So that means it's because it's new (Win8.1, bought in Nov. 2014) PC I get these glitches? Good to know.

Hah! Once entire Lowtown was full of flying heads! That was marvelous sight. 

I had to reload the game, cause I couldn't concentrate on playing.

I'd pay a sovereign to see that.  

 

I spent the day trying to craft a decent set of Tier 2 armor for each class.  I finally gave up on the dragonling scales.  I think I farmed them out for a while.  For Inq, I wound up shelling out big bucks at the Emporium for gorgut, but only a couple.  I haven't even scouted the Exalted Plains yet.  

 

The good news was that while looking for that mage and trying to clear the Storm Coast, I made out in the bear department.  I started the trip with a paltry 2, and finished with 59.  That's a lot of bears.  I also went south in the Hinterlands for Begritt's claws, though, so there's about 20.  Still, I've no shortage of crit chance and cold resistance.

 

I wanted melee defense for my rogue, and the easiest paragon's luster was the Forbidden Oasis.  The really good news was, the Venatori finally arrived, and they brought the giant with them.  Yay for more cloth!  Now I have 2 shades of red, green, and blue.

 

Now, I'm finally ready to craft.
