It's ok Spork. *gently points out Cole's pose*

Ohhhhhh... of course  ... *ahem* Anything I say is gonna sound like an after-the-fact excuse, so I'm just gonna say, I couldn't get past the fact that he isn't wearing his most excellent hat :P

I've been replaying my first Inquisitor (rogue Trevalyan) from before I moved to Skyhold. But now I wonder if I should re-start sooner because I want to recruit Ritts back at the Hinterlands.

In my second game, i failed to save Ritts before the bandits killed her. I still didn't know then about the affect recruiting agents has on the war table and perks, I just felt bad that she was dead. I didn't reload and try and save her though; I went and talked with the quest-giver instead, and he vowed revenge for her death. I thought that was pretty cool, so I left it.

So Witcher 3 gets New Game+ while DA: Inquisition has yet to receive anything as such(this also applies to previous DA games). C'mon, Biower! 'Tis the time to do so. I have to make a huge sigh every time I start a new playthrough

Oh man, I'd love a NG+ for this game... alas.

Sidony also can be found in the Garden, saw her sit onone of the benches AND "talk" to Neria :D
(don't have a pic, cause Bruce was on his way to Morrigan/Eluvian)

Oh cool! I didn't know that. Of course, it's highly possible I've seen her there and just didn't realize who she was. Note my observation skills with Ashaantha's post

Also, great pics. I didn't get a chance to say this yet, but i like the colour scheme for Bruce's outfit. it really stands out well in the screenies. :D I tend to not use bright colours at all whenever I craft new armor.

I see you did some multiplayer. Are you avoiding your nightmare run? Remember, we at Nightmare Incorporated are keeping close tabs on your playthrough. The longer you put off your playthrough, the less rewards you will be entitled to. The reason for this is we want future members to get the most out of their membership.

Good luck. Your friends at Nightmare Incorporated.

That damn Nightmare run completion achievement. I never got it, I think back when my settings kept changing themselves (around 2-3 months ago) it must have messed up my nightmare run for a short period of time. So I need to start a new nightmare character, was so cranky at that, it was meant to be Kyrrah but killed Cory, got through the party etc and no achievement, she's been in the making for months now, so must have gotten that silly glitch at some point. *sighs*

 Mike... I feel like big brother is watching.

I swear the check is in the mail I've got Cirwen's game loaded up right this minute. I'm just wandering through Haven after waking from the battle at the Temple, meeting everyone, having first conversations, all that good non-combat-y stuff ;)

No you shouldn't, like I said my game was glitchy with settings around 2-3 months ago, a patch during that time fixed it. You should be absolutely fine now. Don't panic! stay calm!

Don't scare me like that ;)  ... actually I'm quite enjoying the NM run so far. It was quite satisfying prevailing against the pride Demon. And I figure, after that how much worse can it be? don't answer that

No need for a check. We ask for no money. Our function is to encourage folks to play on nightmare mode to enjoy the rewards of completing the game. That's all. The other thing is the board of directors enjoy reading stories of folks doing a nightmare run.

Remember the more nightmare runs you do, the more airline miles you receive. A few members have flown all over the world for free with all the nightmare runs they've completed.

Have no fear, I am/will be taking dozens hundreds many screenshots of Cirwen's journey and building narratives as I go. As for more than one run, I have got a few vacation spots in mind...

But making people panic for a moment is fun!

Actually I enjoy nightmare and hard modes, once you get used to the tougher fights you'll be fine :) I love the little challenge, and it's not as hard as many of games I've played, just makes me concentrate more and take my time through it. I've personally found with up to par gear/weapons it doesn't get much harder, my toughest fight was that pride demon up until Emprise de something. Well, I'll ignore Hafter's Woods.. that place is hell on any difficulty.

it is fun, I agree... I guess I'll just have to watch out for that.

Agreed about Hafter's Woods. There is a rift in the SW corner, and the demons you have to fight to close that thing are just as bad as the ones in that rift by the river. I'm not looking forward to those NM despair demons, not with a melee Quizzy. <_<  ..but thanks. I think the biggest challenge will be undoing all my bad/lazy casual difficulty habits. I ran into it a couple of times with the pride Demon already, when I left Cassie, Solas and Varric to fend for themselves. I could have assumed direct control and made Solas take a health potion once in a while. ... Looking back on it though; if he had, I might not have survived the second attempt. Hmm... damn that elf, always being right. Don't tell him I said that. He's smug enough :P

Why, whatever do you mean? NM bears are just so darn friendly. Especially when they bring all their friends and neighbors to the party. :P

I got some good screenshots of Solas' quest. :crying: Will post them up tomorrow since it's just about bed time for me.

You may want to make note of this post so you can quote me when i complain about the bears kicking my ass. :D

Looking forward to the screenies :)

Dispel works very well on both the rifts and despair demons. Having two mages with dispel makes it very easy reguardless of the difficulty

I even have a few pics showing how friendly they and the neighbours are! but I'd have to dig through my imgur folders to find it, but my nightmare lady had 2 great bears, 2 lyrium smugglers, a couple of bandits and a few mabari over for the party.. she only just survived while legging it the heck out of there. So friendly.

Yes, but since you will be continuing your nightmare run, you need every advantage you can get. Besides that, you're playing as a warrior so you won't be actually using dispel since it will be your companions using it.

Sometimes I wonder if I should rethink my roleplay a bit.

My Dalish Warden wears Elgar'nan's valasllin. Not sure if I should go around forgiving and sparing everyone.

I don't mean he needs to be one dimentional, but it's weird that someone who chooses to bear the god of vengeance's symbol on the forehead would oppose revenge in almost every situation.

I don't even know which vallaslin is for which 'god'... *heads over to google images search*

I gues sit doesn't matter what you're guy does, as many differing Dalish tales about their are almost all wrong anyway, not entirely sure I believe Solas' version much either lol

So I like to see all the glitches everyone gets, because I so rarely get any and last night I got a glitch! mind you it didn't stick around for more then half a cutscene but still, I actually got all excited about it. Well 2 glitches if you count the recently released armour I put on Iron bull and regretted it

*growls in Bioware's general direction*

I get a bug like this quite often. The most annoying it was when I was fighting the Envy demon in Therinfal. (both playthroughs) Every single member of the group was just standing like this, weapons in their hands and floating around when they needed to move. I thought Leaping Sot could possibly fix it, but nope. Inqui stayed at the same place and only sound of explosion came from the demon.  <_<

Hm... I don't even remember my Dalish Warden, I know I didn't like her and didn't get past Ostagar with her.

But for my Dalish Inquisitor I've chosen.... *Google time*... Mythal's simple version, just because it looked pretty. As for roleplay... after the Conclave she's so shocked and doesn't believe in any gods, so for her it's just a pretty tattoo that matches her eyes^_^

That Therinfal demon fight was the first time I got it, exact thing you had! I could fight and attack fine so found it bloody hilarious. Actually, that was the previous time I had any glitches.. that was a month ago too.

I've found it's easier to get the special lockpicking skill if I recruit as many available agents as possible. Also, I made an earlier mistake in choosing an unnecessary perk. So going back to recruit Ritts and redo the perks would be worthwhile in the long run. Before I get the special armors DLCs I want to replay the game up until reaching Skyhold. My rogue Trevalyan will become the canon for my Dragon Keep.

Yevran Mahariel

Oh look some humans on this bridge are blocking my path to Lothering

Pay a toll you say? Clearly you've mistaken me for someone helpless

How about I kill you and take your money

That went well...well for us it did

Morrigan once you're done wiping the blood off your face be a dear and clean out that chest too

Stuff it Alistair these are hard times

Fine Alistair we will go to Redcliffe after this since you're incapable of making a decision on your own

Oh don't whine, Morrigan and I are laughing with you and not at you

Hey what's all this racket, why are you arguing with this shopkeeper

Get rid of the Chantry sister? Can you beat his offer human?

Hit the bricks lady

Yes Alistair I make lots of friends everywhere I go...not

Oh this kid is looking for his mother...don't care

You need poison for traps...don't care

Bandits, spiders, and bears in the fields causing trouble...don't care

Hey there's a tavern, let's grab a drink

Sorry Ojore, no dogs allowed inside buddy

Well what do we have here

Looking for a elven grey warden huh?

I only see one in here and he's about to introduce you to his swords

Stab stab stab

Ha now you want me to show you mercy when you were going to kill me a second ago

Uhhh kinda hot but nosy Chantry sister I'm not sparing this fool so you should say your human prayer for him before I send him to the Fade as you call it

Wait you had a vision about helping me from your Maker

Hmmm I guess you can come along

Morrigan I know I'm picking up these stray people but listen the more bodies between us and the enemy the better

Well let's head out folks

Wait what are you doing in this cage, who put you here

Chantry...figures

These are crazy times, you should come with me

Damn humans I'm getting you out of here

Hey lady release that guy in the cage

No I'm not giving you a tithe, just give me the key for the cage outside

Or what?? I think this room could use a coat of red paint

What Alistair? Yes I'm threatening the Chantry mother, I'm not scared of her

Oh sure ignore the elf but when the human talks to you, you're willing to give us the key...typical

Alright big guy you are out of here

Yeah come along with us, what's one more body

I mean uhhh welcome to the team

Beat it Alistair, there's only room for one human in this group right now and I like Morrigan way more

Okay now we can go

Hey hey! Leave these dwarves alone

Stab stab stab, pew pew pew

Hey dude if you want you and your kid can follow us out of here...I think this place is doomed anyway

No? Well no skin off my back, you two be safe

Ojore, Sten, Morrigan- let's blow this popsicle stand
