[Melbella]

Later Spork, Melbella and I tried to play Multiplayer together, but the Servers didn't like us.
Mel could join Spork's Lobby, I could join Spork's Lobby, but either I got blackscreened, or Mel ended up in Narnia.
Mel wasn't able to join my Lobby and I wasn't able to join her Lobby.

Did some more side quests with Bruce and killed some blood mages in Denerim. In their headquarters I found two mirrors.

My Inquisitor fought against Gurd Harofsen. I had heard it was a hard fight so I used the tactical camera like never before. Things went well, but Bull is still not allowed to come. He stayed at home and the Inquisitor brought Blackwall, Dorian and Varric with him.

I hated the bonfire thingies, but it was fun anyway. And getting to know more of Ameridan was cool.

 

Bull is probably now begging the Inquisitor to please take him to the fight against Wintersbreath, calling him KADAN KADAN KADAN like crazy, but the Inquisitor thinks Blackwall is a better fit. 

Sorry, Bull.

Now, on to other things: I'm cackling at Solas' hat from Melbella's screenshots XD Oh my God.

Oh, Zevran. My favorite thing is actually when you flirt with him and he's like: YEAH WHATEVS THIS IS A PASTIME ANYWAY I DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT THIS IT'S JUST FUN AND GAMES HAHAAA, but if you flirt with someone else he's all bitter XD

 

 

I just did a Contact Hero of Ferelden war table operation and realised I created the most idiotic world state: my favourite and nice Hawke and warden is Alistair, who was in romance with the Hero... 

Now I really don't want to proceed with Here Lies the Abyss.  

I did something similar for my second playthrough. I used a real Hawke who romanced Anders and who's all "Never happy leaving Anders alone", and that I headcanon takes care of him a lot, but I lied to the Keep about Alistair being a Warden and in love with a dwarf Hero...

Result: I ended up fangirling over how CUTE their love story was when Alistair talked about her (even though this never happened in any of my playthroughs) and... yeah, I'm not looking forward to Here Lies the Abyss.

Ugh, I made myself sad over a love story I never saw happen, yay me.

I didn't take Iron Bull for this "Need a hand" joke this time around. All i got from Blackwall is "The elves did this and moved on. It happens in war." I guess Blackwall is funny when he wants to be.

Yes, it was too cute when Alistair was talking about her. Then I got letter from her and she said: "I don't want to lose Alistair to your Inquisition" and I was like... oh, sht... I'm now delaying the Here Lies the Abyss as much as I can... I want my Inquisitor to wear Ardent Blossom (I finally got it!   ) in the cutscenes, but it's from level 19...

So... Imbued Tuskets... I know that at least one spawns in the area where you hunt the Nox Morta near the cave where they lock up Storvacker. Do they respawn?

I've killed two. So, my guess is: Yes, they do respawn, but they're hard to find and to kill.

Hang on, is there a granite agent in MP?  An iteration of Shale?  Tell me more.

 

I killed the Howler last night, but haven't even looked at the 300 or so screens I took.  What a fight!  It went on and on.  I tried a new strategy - wing it.  I had the right staff, but not the right potions, and I wasn't hiking back to camp, so why not?  I might as well charge in and see what happens.  As soon as an ability became available, I used it if I thought it would help.  I had 3 jars of bees on different legs and the party attacking the 4th.  I got a leg down to AC 6 before the dragonlings got too bad for Dorian and Varric, so I turned tactics on to defend each other and Bull and Elissa kept on the AC 6 leg, which I eventually got down to AC 2.  The back leg on that side was AC 1 at one point, but I wasn't going to risk a sweet deal over a 2% discount, and it died very soon after.  I think I might have lobbed a jar of bees or 2 at the dragonlings at some time because I could throw a grenade and still stay locked on target.  I used the pause button obsessively to scan the field and wound up with 2 health potions left over to loot and do Fairel's Tomb.

 

Sadly, I find I have only 4 key fragments and have to start combing over the map to figure out what I missed.  I always miss the same one.  I think I'll go back through the codex and see if I can figure out which by landmark again.  That was fun.

There's dwarf lady named Luka... who's kinda nuts. You know... Carta, unknown mushrooms in Vinnmark mountains, explosions. She was bound to go a bit nuts. So Luka has pet rock (granite) named Philip which she lost. And she mentions it quite a few times.

 

There's a tomb in far south-west part of the map. It's easy to miss. Maybe it's this one?

I think I hit that one, the Burial Grounds Tomb.  The one I'm thinking of is on a red cliff face with 2 very tall, grey pillars that I usually find by following a fennec, but it's not the Sunstop Mountains one, I think.  Rats.  In order to enjoy each game, I have to forget what went on last time, and I do want to forget in this case, so thanks anyway.  It's so much more fun if the trip is the point and the destination the bonus.

 

Luka sounds like my kinda gal.  Maybe she's what would happen if dwarf Shale reproduced?

Thanks, I might be on my way soon.  I need to make a quick stop in the Emprise to stock up on supplies and see if the merchant has anything new, but I don't want to go until I find that blasted tomb.  Plus, I picked up the superior level warrior armor at HWM and hope next time it's one of the others, so I'm off to rock farm.

and stuff for requisitions, and there is now no shortage of lurker hide at Bettyar's if you're interested.  Playing mad bombadier is a blast (ta-da...dah.)  Bees are great for finding shadows.  Who knew they were allergic?

Fighting yet another one was the last thing I wanted to do after recharging a triple focus bar prepping for Sandy, so now I have well over 300 skins to craft with.  Might be safe to let a few of them go....

There are two tombs you might be missing, Colossus and Canyon

The Colossus tomb is usually the one I forget about since it's waaaaaaay to the north on the map. I made it to Fairel's Tomb yesterday and spied on the dragon, but I've only got 3 key pcs so far. Got to kill me some more Venatori and spiders first. I sent Viv back to Skyhold since I just can't handle her and Dorian having the same exact banter 500 times anymore. Two or three times was fine, but it just got ridiculous. So, now I have Dorian, Solas, and Varric.
