It takes hours of farming. You just gotta know the location of the rifts by heart after learning of their locations. I am lazy on getting the rift goo to the far north east(near the ice fortress), because there are no fast travel locations up there.

What wisdom do you need? Like normal chest farming, if you leave one thing in the rift when you loot it, when you travel back to Skyhold (or any other area) and return, the rifts are full of loot again, so you'd run around the Frostback Basin gathering the loot from the rifts but always leaving one thing there, go back to Skyhold, then back to Frostback Basin again and again. You can use it to farm both Veil Quartz and the fade-touched things that the rifts drop. It's a lot of work to farm the amount that she has!

Oh, I know what you mean. It's not so terrible, but I noticed that clipping on some of my female dwarves as well. I may try to make screenshot of this.
It's funny. One of the reasons they dropped longer hair were clipping issues. Yet there's already so much clipping...
Edit, because of your edit: Yep, that's that clipping. Some hairstyles on human females (I'm looking at you, bun and ponytail) also cause similar clipping.
Don't remind me of hair clipping, Bruce's hair clipped through the back of his Keeper Robe <.< at least I can say his hair was long, but it did look a little weird.

I know an easier way to farm Veilfire Quarz and you don't even need a Rift, only a Veilfire Torch aaand a big Veilfire Crystal

Well, here's a map I quickly made with the locations of rifts in case you cannot remember. I personally like farming for veil quartz and the masterworks it gives me. Also, it's easy money if you keep selling the weapons the goo gives you, but remember to leave one item in there for it to refresh. Oh, and you get lots of Pure Essences from the goo. 
PS. I took this map from that one site on the bottom of the picture, but all of the text and red dots were my doing.
LOL! Woops, I messed up on Rift 2. Rift is to the west of the Fast Travel Beacon above the wrong marker of Rift 2.

I feel your pain! I live in a one-room appartment with one window oriented to west. In these heats, it's hell since 3 pm to 8 pm. Right now it's 31°C here and I'm melting. But I still prefer this to the room where I lived few years ago - it was on north-east corner of the house and had one tiny window. The temperature didn't exceed 20°C even during the most burning summer...

OK, I can read enough German to know what's on the screen, but what am I not seeing. Is it something with the green rock? Nothing's highlighted.
How do you guys know to check this stuff? I spent who-knows-how-long bumping my nose against walls like Anders' templars, and I've yet to find a single door I didn't hear from somewhere. Why are you jumping on a random rock 50 times? I am questioning rhetorically.
Scrambling for answers and running in circles, I'm good at. Mistakes, ditto. Lucking out, not so much, if I haven't seen the pattern before. If you haven't heard it from someone else, then you are seeing an inconsistency I'm not. The rock face when I got my wreath was a very slightly different brightness of the same shade, maybe, of the rock face. I'm very good at spotting variations of light wavelength, but not of intensity, whereas some of the best technical directors in theatre are entirely colorblind and only see in black and white. I hear camo spotters in the military are chosen for the same quality. Gotta learn to see in black and white. I'm so used to seeing in color. Do you know I once dreamt in a cartoon? Gotta learn to draw that someday.
Talking about temperature sensitivity, it's another weirdness. My daughter asked what I thought the ideal temperature outside should be, and I said 72F. It was the lowest number in the house. Celsius is F - 32 divided by 9 x 5. What is that about, out of curiosity? I bet it's around 24C.
Edit: Curiosity killed the Cat, and I've got many lives to go. I did the math and came up with 2 repeating from the 2nd digit above the decimal. Weird?

Yes, it's that green rock. You can collect it when you're holding veilfire.
Hmnmn... Dunno. I just like walking and jumping in strange places. And when you get veilfire in a middle of nowhere without rune nearby, you know something's going on. I oftely (literally) stumble upon things.

Where did you get that wreath? I thought it was Ardent Blossom, and I wondered how you managed to get it before clearing the Emprise du Lion.
Unless you did clear Emprise du Lion before doing the Exalted Plains. I've done that, by the way, but if I do, I usually have T3 gear, and your inquisitor is wearing T2...
