Anyways maybe you should take my review with a grain of salt. I am very very very biased to the Dwarves and so all the lore I was popping into my throat felt like pure gloriousness. Now I enjoyed myself but reading some of the other reviews people have mentioned that since they are not invested in the Dwarves/ Deep Roads as I am then they did not enjoy it as much.
I probably know as much as any of you, and i probably would've gotten it if weren't for my latop being a piece of crap, so yeah, it's not really new to me.... And i got a DLC with it (The Black Emporium, the DLC were my Quz's go to look even better then the time i made them)

Here here. My watching ME lets plays for years before finally playing the games myself taught me that. Same thing with DA I. The game is amazing. I love it. More and more with each DLC. Seriously by the time all the DLC come out this just might end up being my favorite game of all time.
The think that irks me is that when someone dies and is revived, their focus never goes past level one unless I go to Skyhold and back. Then it starts working again normally. This happens all game across all my playthroughs. Is this normal for everyone?
It's a bug that started with Patch 7(?) I think. It re-sets your max focus to 100 instead of whatever it actually is. If you save and reload, the max goes back to normal but you have lost all the focus you built up over 100 points. Very annoying! This is why I reload instead of revive my quizzy, especially if my focus was maxxed out at the time.

I rarely used focus skills on companions and my Quizzies are almost immortal, so I never noticed... But now I knon I need to be careful.
Especially since I started to use focus skills on companions...
I really should do something productive... or push one of my Quizzies' stories forward... but instead I do this.

Really! Links? I'd expect something about ME4, but DAI? That's a bit surprising, given where we are in the product cycle. Would they tease the next (probably last?) DLC on the heels of Descent? PAX is only a couple or so weeks away.

Also, Mike Laidlaw said something about it during this weeks Dragons&Donuts (he was special guest). He was quite excited for that.
And one last thing. The Descent was from BioWare Austin while BioWare Edmonton was working on something else. All those news that we were getting some time ago about new bard songs, VA recording, sad cutscenes - everything came from Edmonton.

Do you think there's time to do two content DLC between now and Black Friday/Cyber Monday? That's the traditional goal post for premium stuff. Maybe with two studios, they might be able to do it, but it's possible the one coming out of Edmonton might be the big Solas Redux one. Which they've hinted will be the last one, right?
I have felt a strong urge to make an Inquisitor to romance Josephine. I'm thinking about a bookworm mage who doesn't like fighting, didn't want to go to war with the Templars and never asked to be made Inquisitor. I always create characters and then delete them after a week or so because I realise I'll never play them.

About Solas DLC. Everyone wants it... But from what I've gathered we're not sure if they're making one. I would really like it, at least for all those Solasmancers, but who knows. They may save him for DA4 (if it's coming).
There was survey leak some time ago, but it wasn't that credible IMO. It spoke both about Solas and Qunari invasion. Strange connection.
I, myself, silently hope for expansion or expansion-sized DLC. I know they said no expansions, but... No one can stop me from hoping.

Ahhhh ok. I guess all I can say at this point is i'll not worry to much about it from here on. Again I may get a PS 4 for XMAS but don't intend to get a PS 4 version of DAI because there won't be a point. My pre-order DLC won't work for the version and I would have to rebuy JOH and buy DES. Unless in time their may be a speical edition including all DLC"s then maybe. I'm just still happy on a whole playing DAI. I still enjoy posting what I got and socializing with you guys so I have no gripes.
Now about my XBOX360 red ringing on me again...Bloody 100% heat down here.

I have watched the recent dlc for DAI on youtube and thought it was ok. I'm guessing there will be one more dlc and if that one isn't all that great I won't make any effort to getting DAI for the ps4

I have categorically proved that it is possible to revive yourself if need be, using nothing other than a universal upgrade for a companion. I'm a rogue, not a mage.
Things weren't going well with this combat. Always a second too late, a scrap of mana too short, and not enough stamina or the right skill loaded to save someone. Down to Dorian, and he died too, but I had 10 seconds, and I hoped with Cass's whatever templar ability and however I built Cole (he's all in hand-me-downs this time) it would work. I usually build in some kind of healing thing.
I will probably never know what CCC of buffs saved Dorian (primarily because there's no way of knowing what advantages I thought might work actually did.) What I can say is that in addition to damage and focus being awesome for saving your skin, CCCs do something as a buff too. If you can figure out what I did, please let me know. Here are my screens.

Precisely. I'd just never seen the visual before. I'm trying, this time, to live in the moment and forget everything that's gone before. Of course, that's impossible, but it's really a blast trying. Last time, I played necro and I know what the skills do, and I learned something new by watching what a stupid computer did with it this time.
This time, I'm determined not to repeat anything that didn't work last time, unless it seems like a better option considering the outcome. Combat has variables. I can't see or hear everything that's there, it's just too big. I'm trying to learn to realize just exactly how much I don't know, and finding out how much I do. I'm trying to see what makes this thing different than the other, to use a Sesame Street game.
