Any news on when the next patch is out? When that patch comes out, I can finally stop worrying about schematics for my other ongoing playthroughs. Finally, I can wear my stuff during cutscenes that are important to me.

 Same here! I'm also hoping we get this patch earlier but I'm afraid I'm too optimistic.... So I'm planning to do a lot of side quests. (shards, here I am!)

I know right! Last time, Cassandra just pushed me into the void and here I thought she loved my inquisitor!

Wasn't it you that was hoping for a Qunari invasion to be part of the return of Solas episode? Or was it Eluvians? Well, we get both, what could be better?!?

I definitely hoped for Qunari and Solas. Lately I oftenly mention Eluvians, so maybe I did it while talking about that DLC But you're right, we have both! Nothing could be better

What did I do today? continued on with my problem of creating Inquisitors. I remade my canon Inquisitor who had been created with my non-canon world state originally so needed to fix that little problem. When I first created her she wasn't supposed to end up my main choice for Inquisitor, but well.. that didn't last too long

 

At least this gave me a chance to not only fix world state to the correct Warden/hawke mix from the keep, but to do some facial structure and make-up tweaks

 

Yeah, I am only proud of my Inquisitors. My Wardens and Hawkes are a little.. left behind, lol

 

I'm also currently finishing side quests etc for my elf lady, Cookie, in preparation for the DLC just in case some side quests change stuff in it. Doubtful but covering all my bases!

I was looking at downloads for DAI and saw spoils of the Avvar for the ps3. Didn't know it was available for the ps3. Not sure if I will download it.

I know what you mean! I've seriously neglected my screenshot uploads for Tanith and now I have almost 600 that I need to go through?
 
I get done playing and think, "I should only have maybe 50 from today," and then I go look at the folder and it's more like 150!

Same, I thought /I'm gonna upload pics after every cut scene/ but I was a little occupied with playing MP  so they piled up a little. Then the last cut scene came and I got over 100 pics again.  Problem is just, I upload them on tumblr, where I'm only allowed to post 10 pics per post and 150 pics per day.

Sorry, no pics from during the fight, I was too occupied with staying alive, that I totally forgot to take screenies. But they would've been all be the same, everyone's dead and Bruce is running/hoping around so he doesn't get hit and then rezzing the others/fighting the Guardian when he had time to.
I nearly had to do everything again, cause just in the moment Bruce died, the Guardian died as well and I had won.

Doing an experimental female elf playthrough. Did the templars questline, conscripted them. No romance decided yet. I'm a 2-handed warrior, I kept Cassandra around for now, switched Solas with Vivienne and I switched Varric with Sera, then Cole. I'm thinking about keeping Cole in my party for the whole party and switch Cassandra and Vivienne around. Will always make sure that there's a mage in the party, since Cole is going to unlock pretty much everything and since I can tank with my elf. I want to make choices that I didn't do in my first playthrough, like drinking from the well, reuniting Briala with Celene, making Gaspard's cousin my jester, etc.

Started to read DA Last Flight.

 

I also watched the Trespasser trailer again and noticed something about the dragon attacking Qunari invaders. Could that be Morrigan? That's if the Inquisitor allowed her to drink from the well and she shape-shifted into a dragon during the final battle. Maybe Morrigan will assist the Inquisitor one last time? I also noticed the sentinel Elves appear. Could they also lend their assistance if the whole f***ing world wants to kill the Inquisitor? Wishful thinking... 

 

I imagine the scenario to be... Inky and her party are outnumbered by the Qunari and that stupid anchor is acting up again... The witch of the wilds makes her fashionably late entrance. "So, the poor Inquisitor is in dire need of assistance... I only came because Mother and that blasted Elf... Ack!" Morrigan grimaces hearing a mental voice boom inside her pretty little head. "Yes yes.. I'll get to it!!" She snaps her fingers and poof! DRAGON! RAWR!!! IMMA GONNA EAT YOU!!!! 

 

Hmm.. I should roll my Knight Enchanter and craft gear and weapons before the new DLC releases. In JoH and Descent, she's the first I play as. After that close call death battle against the rock guardian, she'd best be prepared to face off against those Qunari.

Also began down the fateful path to heartbreak that is romancing Solas. Not choosing the flirt options when talking to Cullen was weird after romancing him in most of my other playthroughs, but Solas was my love interest in my first playthrough and with the hope of more romance content and closure on the horizon, heading down this path hopefully won't be as devastating.

Now off to the Hinterlands to get Mother Giselle and then doing some of the more important quests there.   Still not sure if I'm going to head to Skyhold as soon as possible or if I'm going to finish up some other maps first. I'll see how badly I'll want to be able to tint my armor.   Plus, the earlier I am in Skyhold, the earlier I can head down to the Deep Roads again.

I feel that Cullen's romance, for example, has a very clear structure and a beginning, a middle and an end, whereas Solas' romance just feels like it stopped in the middle without any kind of climax or resolution.

 

But maybe I'll just sob into my pillow when I finished the DLC and will never romance Solas or look at his stupid egghead ever again. Which is not going to happen because he may be an egghead, but he's my Lavellan's egghead.

Can I just say the new DLC looks awesome.  And who has an income to buy it?  This broad.  In Marian Hawke news, well, she didn't do so much yesterday.  Well maybe that's not true.  Everyone wants her to help them out with their personal issues.  Varric and his haunted house.  Merril and her demon (managed to not kill off the entire clan.  Go Hawke).  Isabella and Castillion.  Anders and his chantry poop thing.  Heh.  WANT WANT WANT.  I didn't even mention Aveline or Fenris.  but those two want things too.  Drama queens, the lot of em.

Throwing down a little venting here; getting so annoyed that my companions won't use fade step. You made it work for Calpernia why can't my mage team use it without me having to kick their butts   

 

Edit: Well, I did just now see Solas use his fade step finally. He actually went away from an enemy ground spell. Don't know if that was intentional or not, but it does work. Only after countless playthroughs do I finally see it in action. Now I can stop yelling at my mages, and I also had to disable all of his other abilities to get him to use FS. Tactics menu in DAI is crap

The one and only time i saw one of my companions using fade step was when Solas fade-stepped right into one of the fiery parts the Fereldan Frostback just spit at my team. True story.
