Nice! But why is Fenris wearing shoes?
![]()
Are they people you know or randoms?
I have no idea, not used to walking on concrete?

Only randoms I walked by. At first I didn't even recognize them, until I saw Fenris's Lyrium tattoos.

There's one easy solution for it. Don't put a point into the upgrade anymore. (I know, I know not very helpful if you already have put a point into the upgrade

Update on Stennis, 2H Champion, Nightmare, no crafting.
After fiddling around with various PTs and save files to get a feel for Patch 10 changes, I went back to the adventures of Stennis.
Stennis did some catching up on his "honey do" list. Just about every companion had asked a favor to go do some questing on the side. Stennis in quick succession: helped Cole be more compassionate, intervened in Solas's questionable friendship and turned a blind eye to the aftermath, took out some rogue mages for Cass, got rid of some red lyrium for Varric.
Finally, Stennis got to do his own side questing: a visit to the Cradle of Sulevin to pick up a new 2H sword ... well, an old 2H sword really. At level 15, this was a bit more of a challenge than Stennis was prepared for. Total party wipe-out several times. It didn't help that Solas had been swapped in for Dorian at the last minute ... and forgot to bring the potions and grenades that had been made for Dorian to carry. Possibly the only reason the final Revenant was defeated was because it got hit by the stand-and-do-nothing bug, but Stennis wasn't going to argue for the sake of honor.

So, I'm looking at those descriptions and wondering, can you still manually trigger it if you don't upgrade it? Or did they just neglect to update the base power description?

Well Aidan's got plenty of money. A re-spec potion may be in order...

I think so, as the "upgrade" specifically states that the mark can no longer be triggered.
I played as my Rift Mage Demetria today and went on a desert marathon in the Hissing Wastes. Accompanying her were Bull (boyfriend), Cassandra and Vivienne.
They collected all of the treasures from the Dwarven tombs including the Tomb of Fairel, but also got into a long fight against the Sandy Howler dragon. How many times this dragon called her dragonlings? The lady Inquisitor lost count. After slaying the dragon, they celebrated by having a big BBQ at camp. It was an exotic buffet featuring wyrven, lurker lizards, gurns and august rams they collected along the way.
Aside from that, the desert quartet sealed all of the fade rifts, killed off a bunch of random Red Templars and Venatori groups. Bull gleefully smashed the enemy campsites while Demetria rescued the slaves and hired them as workers for the Inquisition.
Later in Skyhold, the lady Inquisitor made plans to rescue her soldiers in the Fallow Mire; then repeatedly jumped over fire pits in the main hall causing the nobles to gawk and stare; and squeezed in some sexy time with her big horned boyfriend.
Three more days until the Trespasser DLC. Demetria won't be a part of it, because I didn't finish her main story yet. But I have my Knight Enchanter Alessandra ready to go. I'm both excited and scared of what's going to happen to her. It's going to be a roller coaster ride come Tuesday.
Download a few mods I want to test soon. But until the new DLC I will not chance anything at my (new installed) game. So I was just looking today for mods I dit not know until now. ![]()
Got all my (hundreds of
) screenshots named and re-saved as jpgs (yes, I know pngs are supposedly better but they take up more room and take longer to upload). Now I'm in the process of uploading them all, when Imgur feels like cooperating.
Might be ready to post some by tomorrow.
I still need to install the new patch. I've been reading bad things about it (kind of like the last one) so I'm putting it off as long as possible. Will probably get it installed (and hopefully working) on Monday so I can play around for a while with the syncing before Trespasser hits. Will try really, really hard to avoid this place like the plague until I've finished it the first time. ![]()

Wow, I hadn't thought that through. That's a pretty good argument for the upgrade to really be a downgrade!
I hope you don't mind that I referenced your screenshot and observations here:

I did some maths and can't see how those descriptions could be correct. Something must be a typo, or else there is absolutely no reason to ever buy that upgrade.

I think there's a bit of Bioware fuzzy math going on here. After reading the descriptions again, it sounds like the upgraded version will still do the 100% stored damaged when it triggers on its own. However, without knowing exactly how much "bonus damage" it's doing in the first place, there's no way to tell if the upgrade is worth it or not. The description just says "bonus damage" but doesn't give a percentage or value of any kind.

I would also say "Ya no" to that question.
get it? I'm dumb and this joke is too
I loved the Dragon age 2!
I dont know why people say this is the worst Dragon age, i prefer this to Origins
Are DA servers offline for everyone?
So it's not just me! Damn it! I'll re-install everything weeks after Trespasser is released. I don't need the aggravation. Besides, Heroic Legend of Arslan has finally been animated again, with more story to it. I've waited 20 years for this.
So What's Nu Ullia?

Vlah' Nu
Ullia Mint Tooth.
I am not sure who it is but someone keeps showing pictures of a elf woman that looks like Malaioniss.

I like the way she looks but I have been feeling her mod outfits make her look like Celine from KINGDOM UNDER FIRE CIARCLE OF DOOM.

By any chance have you played that game and were you inspired by her look as well?
The game was meh. I thought it was ok at first but some of the requirements for stuff was dumber than tar. Beat the first boss 100 some odd times? as in start to finish the whole bloody first dungeon 100 times and kill the first boss 100 times? Uhhhhhhhuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhuuuuuuuugh!!!
One of the things I'm really bad at, is creating names. I know some people who use the same name for every character in every game they play, but I can't do that, because the characters would mix up and... well... by now I have so many characters that I rarely come up with a good name...
And that's why my I spent half an hour on character creation and another half with picking up a name.
Let me introduce you:
Clover Trevelyan

some random screenshots from her beginning:
(at this point I found out that if you set mesh to ultra, you can have scars... so role-play-wise... something attacked her during her travels...)
Been testing the latest patch and was pleasantly surprised that only a couple of my mods needed fixing.
As much as I hate nugs ( gief silver Fennec thx), it's now one of the few nice features in this game.
Fellowship of the Green Hand
Killing Ground
Ride on
Sorry not sorry
I was away for a few days. Now, that I'm back I finally caught up with this thread... and I'm not going anywhere else. I know someone datamined spoilers for Trespasser. Don't want to accidentally stumble upon them. It almost happened when I was checking twitter thread after patch release ![]()
Either way. Friday - finished reading The Stolen Throne. Saturday... finished whole The Calling ![]()
I have one thing to say about that second book...

So... Because of reasons I loaded save for Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts with my canon Inquisitor. Then as I was walking around I remembered something... Some time ago I mentioned that sisters De Launcet are at Winter Palace (I believe I talked with Gilli about that), but I didn't remember where and when. Now I know.

Yes, the description was cryptic even before the patch, but someone tested it and put it in the GUIDE thread. If you trigger, it's 100% of stored. If you don't trigger, it's 50% of stored. Or at least that's what it was before the P10. Who knows what it is now?
If the upgrade gives you 4 extra seconds AND 100% of stored, it really is an upgrade, even an OP upgrade! Which makes me doubt we'd be that lucky.
Is it really, though? How many enemies do you actually need to take that much HP from without being able to kill them quickly by triggering the mark early?Yes, the description was cryptic even before the patch, but someone tested it and put it in the GUIDE thread. I agree. As much as this upgrade would be wonderful, I doubt we're that lucky.
Fortunately this change doesn't take all MoD's awesomeness, Not like SB. Now it's space waster.
