Just got Doom Upon All the World and can't decide who I should take with me.
I want to take Cole and Dorian (instead of Solas, cause he always shows up) but I can't decide if I should take Sera, or Cass. ![]()

Cass always shows up too, in the scene when you first arrive. It's very jarring to see if she isn't in your party. At least it was for me the first time it happened.

Ah, okay.
Hmmm, now I wonder if I should take Sera instead of Dorian. A mage would be usefull, but Sera is my Dragonslayer and I want to get Cole's "You can't bind me!" dialogue with Corypheus.
Kiri just beat Corypheus! ![]()
Details later, I'm currently editing the videos and exporting them takes some time.
What I can say: I did not expect to get this Divine.
I really thought it would be one of the other two. Who it is?
You'll see. ![]()

I always like to bring Cass with me because it's the big 'moment' for the Inquisition and she did help start it and all. I actually like to bring Cass, Varric, and Solas because you start the game with them and since I'm bringing them I'm ending it with them.

That's what I did in my first PT. After that I wanted to mix it up to hear different banter. Like how Corypheus tries to bind Cole, but can't.
I would bring Solas but I took away all his gear so he doesn't leave with it.
I'm going with Cass (since she's in the cutscene regardless), Blackwall ('cause helping kill the ancient darkspawn who tricked them should make the Wardens like him once he becomes one), and Dorian ('cause I need a mage and Solas is gear-less).
Sidenote: being an artificer really borks up Varric's dialogue. I can't trigger the post-Mythal conversation (the one that starts with him saying, "I'm still trying to wrap my head around this.") because all he wants to talk about is Three-Eyes.
I just want to yell at him, "GET OVER BIANCA ALREADY!"
So, because my video editing programm is being as useful as Chain Lightning next to a heard of Brontos, here have six videos, instead of two. ![]()
(and because this forum only likes two videos in each post, I'll have to make three posts
)
Finished the main game and Coryfish is no more. Sam is now in the Frostback Basin digging up history (and gurguts). This was the first time I had Morrigan drink from the Well but not have Kieran, so it was to the Mythal altar instead of back to the Fade for "The Final Piece." I don't know why but I like the way Flemeth speaks in the Fade version better. It's like the other convo was practice or something. Some of the lines are identical but they sound better in the Fade.
Will try to post pics tomorrow.
Finally started WEWH, I'm gonna play it as long and thorough as I can, I love this so much. It's possibly my favourite mission ![]()
Freya and her companions arrived at the Winter Palace, where she was greeted by the one who invited her, Grand Duke Gaspard. She did not trust him, knewing everyone here was playing their political game. Being a Dalish elf also certainly did not bring her any plus points, but she was determined to keep her good spirits up.
Freya was overwhelmed by the beauty of the Winter Palace, and even more when she entered the ballroom. In contrast to that, Freya tried hard not to chuckle when she and her merry band of companions were announced: a Dalish elf, a qunari mercenary, a Tevinter mage and a prank-loving elf. She was sure they had all eyes on them.
Freya met Empress Celene and Grand Duchess Florianne, sister of Gaspard. She then mingled a bit, glad to find her advisors, Sera, Bull and Dorian. She half-jokingly asked Bull for a dance later on, fully expecting he'd decline. To her surprise though, he was unusually insecure about reading her, and said if she was serious he'd absolutely do it. Freya smiled brightly at Bull and stuck out her tongue, but she was sure he got the signals.
She went to investigate what's actually going on here, and soon it was time to get back to the Ballroom. The bell had already rung twice, she was fashionably late now. Before she could enter however, Freya was approached by Morrigan, Celene's arcane advisor. Now things got interesting. Morrigan gave her a key that led to the servants' quarters. Freya had learned earlier that some curious things had happened there lately, and she was eager to see what she'd discover...
I went to equip Tobias with Token of the Packmaster, only to remember that he hadn't completed those quests yet, so it was back to the Hinterlands to find Druffy, close the rift and take out the wolves. Druffy was helpful
(only the second time this has worked for me).
Then it was off to help the people of Crestwood. Things were bad, really bad, but the helpful mayor allowed them to access the dam and drain the lake - which released a dragon - and the mayor took off, but it's all ok now. Sort of. Apart from the bandits, but hey, the sun has come out!
They heroically tried and failed twice to kill the dragon. So it was back to base to put on their electrical resistance hats and trousers
. This made a lot of difference and it was third time lucky. Tobias was the only mage in the party, who doesn't have barrier yet, so that probably didn't help.
Back at Skyhold, Tobias went drinking with Bull and met the family
. Demands of the Qun next (Walk Softley is on so I don't fancy Gatt's chances). I haven't done Bull's romance before but I'm guessing it will start to happen after his personal quest as he's too conflicted beforehand.
Aargh! I was building Conwenna's Tome of Rifts and one of the groups of Venatori in The Exalted Plains didn't drop a Venatori Tome as they are supposed to! And neither did any of the Venatori Spellbinders in Dorian's quest, nor the ones at the Forbidden Oasis. I should've saved and reloaded before killing Dorian's ones until one of them dropped one. In the end I had to open up the Western Approach, and did indeed save and reload until one of the two spellbinders in front of The Still Ruins dropped one. Phew!
I was checking screenshots I made during that short time I played new Connie and yes, indeed. It's the same Connie I remember.
She has the same "permament raised eyebrow" problem original had.
Now the only Achievements left are:
Ah, achievements. I had to get them all whenever they appeared... ![]()

It's so rare to see someone speak about WEWH so nicely!
FYI, I like it as well.

I don't bring Solas because I'm still mad at him, but I always forget to strip his gear, not that he has anything current anyway, since I never use him once his personal quest is resolved. I usually bring the party I'm working with through the main game. This time, it's going to be Bull, Blackwall, and Cole. I haven't brought Cole around before, so I'm looking forward to it.

Me too, but I don't like playing two Inkies at the same time
My next Inky is definitelly gonna do Trial of the Magician (human!Reaver, romancing Dorian) wonder if I should try Trial of the Fool at the same time....
I like WEWH too, I just don't like the timey bit, that makes me so nervous. ![]()
Edit: Changed my avatar ![]()

After Trespasser release I created Quizzy for quick run just to get Trial of the Lovers, Trial of the Fool and Trial of the Magician. Once she got those, she "mysteriously" disappeared ![]()

Aww poor Quizzy
I kinda want to do that too, but, but, then they'll grow on me and I wouldn't be able to abandon them. ![]()
Thanks

With how you pretty much need to avoid... well, everything, you can get to Skyhold in 3 hours (it took me that long only because I played a bit with new schematics). So no time for them to grow on you. *Cassandra's voice* Like fungus.
Who doesn't?
I think I need to reread FMA.

Wow
Hmmmmmm
Those who don't know him?
Me too and finally watch the first series, only saw Brotherhood. (and loved it
)
......wanted to start Trespasser with Kiri.
Go to the war table, just to see that I still have one open mission left..... ![]()
Oh, well.... wanted to buy the Superior Venatori Helmet Schematic from the Canyon merchant anyway.
Then I have all high tier schematics for the Nug. ![]()
Well, she got her revenge, or the cubs did, or Grizzly End did. At one point Blackwall and Viv were the only ones standing. Viv had to use Resurgence.
You killed Old Scarred Paw?! I only did that once and felt awful about it.
Now I either avoid getting the quest or ignore it if I do.
The True Grit bug was supposedly fixed but, does elemental resistance not count as a defense that it is supposed to buff?
All the percentages showing in this pic are from the temple.
