As usual, I've found a flaw in my character's appearance to obsess over. That is, his eyes' height.

Comparing him to the game's npcs, I noticed that their eyes usually are better aligned with the spot where the nose meets the forehead. In other words, his eyes should be placed a little higher.

I would bring Solas but I took away all his gear so he doesn't leave with it.  I'm going with Cass (since she's in the cutscene regardless), Blackwall ('cause helping kill the ancient darkspawn who tricked them should make the Wardens like him once he becomes one), and Dorian ('cause I need a mage and Solas is gear-less).

 

Sidenote: being an artificer really borks up Varric's dialogue. I can't trigger the post-Mythal conversation (the one that starts with him saying, "I'm still trying to wrap my head around this.") because all he wants to talk about is Three-Eyes.  I just want to yell at him, "GET OVER BIANCA ALREADY!"

 

I remember that happening my first playthrough, I gave him a powerful staff and when the outcome happened and all I was disappointed to see it was gone. So for playthroughs now I quickly check his gear when I'm able to and make sure he has things I don't want before finishing the game.

I'm pretty sure that I could whizz Conwenna straight through to the sex scene if I wanted, but I'll try to resist and take things a bit more slowly.

 

Also: I'm glad that my canon Hawke imported properly this time. on my first PT she showed up as a warrior.

I haven't checked this myself, but the interwebs believe that the buff only happens during combat. If you check between combat, you don't see it.

 

Weird. Who has time to check *during* combat? So for story's sake, they run around without protection, see a bear and it's "shields up!" ?

This note got me thinking....does Cory take Wardens as his "honor guard" so in case he dies he can body jump? If so, this implies a body has to be fairly close in order for it to work.

Adni Lavellen manged to stop Florianne's plan, enjoyed a dance with Solas. When she got back to Skyhold, Adni went for drinks with Bull's Chargers.

I remember that happening my first playthrough, I gave him a powerful staff and when the outcome happened and all I was disappointed to see it was gone. So for playthroughs now I quickly check his gear when I'm able to and make sure he has things I don't want before finishing the game.

I wish I could equip him with Mark's Mangled Mace and the Scorched Bronze Armor, but he turns up his nose at them, "I am sure the Iron Bull would find more use for such brutish things."

Exactly. I'm waiting for a Fennec or August Ram to stub it's toe and go all psycho, putting the team on alert. That counts as combat, right?

I started some War Table operations, and found some shards with my Inqunsitor. Oh, and I killed the dragon closest to Judicael's Crossing for the second time. (I can't be bothered to look up exactly how it's name is spelled. I do know it starts with K and ends with N.)

Spent hours scouring Western Approach for mosaic pieces. Found the last one in a cave off one of the roads, right under this freakish looking statue. Creepy. Reminds me of Xenon the Antiquarian in the Black Emporium... heeeeyyy...

I enjoyed the little conversation you can have with her in Skyhold too. Also in Trespasser. These little scenes where two lovers are working hard for a cause but separately, and worry for each other. It's a nicely different dynamic from the companion romances.

I don't think it's in order for it to work. I just think it's so he gets to continue what he's doing in the place where he last was.

I asked Morrigan if Cory could be killed by isolating him from Tainted beings in my first playthrough after she drank from the Well. She stated that his self-resurrection doesn't have a range limit. (Although I am curious how the voices know that.)

Interesting point. I suppose the blight doesn't transfer from red lyrium to humans in the same way that it does from darkspawn blood, but corrupts differently.

I spent 2 hours going through old saves to decide which long neglected Inquisitor I should finish. Settled on a Qunari assassin. She was doing the Winter's Palace mission and got penalized 25 points from the start. I don't remember it being so harsh a penalty for an elf...must be the horns.

Maybe it's only the lyrium that's Blighted, and the Templar's remaining flesh would make the process... awkward?

So I took my Dwarfquisitor and had her do Trespasser. I was laid up at home with the worst case of food poisoning known to man.  I don't recommend this as a way to get out of work or finish games.  Anyhoo,  I always hate when my dual-wielders end up with a nub.  I mean, she was a whirling dervish of death, yo! Ended up disbanding the inquisition in this game.  It was intersting to see the slides on a game where I sided with the Templars. Cass was Divine.  Didn't throw my support to anyone previously.

 

Anyhow, Gemma and Iron Bull rode off into the sunset (take that however you will)...

 

Also, I never get this guy's war table missions to pop up, but proof he's still alive:

 

I also managed to win Assassin's Creed Rogue while laid up with the world's worst case of food poisoning.  Do. Not. Recommend. I'm conflicted about that game.  I wanted to hate Shay for being a traitor to the order but I could not. (do not recommend food poisoning, not Rogue, it was like Black Flag, only with Narwhals).
