You have to at least initiate the other training quests. Or else they get bugged. At least that's what fixed it for me.
Also, the dreaded exclamation marks that won't leave! *twitches*

Also I saw I'm missing ONE Gear from the Deep Roads, seems like I need to go down there again.

What a good little soldier, Greed is. After completing the gear collecting (and mug collecting, for that matter) once, that was good enough for me. If I remember where they are, and they are not terribly far out of reach, I will go for them. If not...so be it.
....still soooo lazy......
As for my current PT. Ulee finished out Adamant, and then took on some personal quests for some of her companions. Pictures soon to come.

Or you can say no to her snowy wyvern hunting. She'll greatly disapprove and say, "I shall forever remember this..." while giving the evil eye
But it's so much more douchey to go out of my way to deliberately give her a a fake snowy wyvern heart.
and my playthrough is 100% douche-quisitor.
Go for it!
Cass will say, "Maker's Breath" with an exultant tone if selected, "Maker's Breath!" with a cursing tone if benched.
Just did

I just finsihed the fade part of my nightmare run. The one part that always has me curious on each playthrough is Lord Erimond. How is it that he avoids falling in the fade with the others?
You know, I think that Xoana is the female character I'm most pleased with, looks-wise... Not sure if she's as good as Intiyaz but she runs him close in terms of being what I was going for when setting out. In her case that's beautiful and "elfy-elf-ish" with a hint of badass...
Anyway she's made it to Skyhold with over 1500 XP to go to level 6, so Trial of the Fool is achieved! (Not even very difficult on nightmare with tier 3 and 4 crafted gear...)
Also, Solasmance initiated!
I miss Mana Clash so much.. *weeps*
Loved that spell, took out magic enemies in seconds.
Just a minor thing first off. Hopefully I didn't make themikefest mad with my previous post. Honestly I was meaning to get the one gif I made out somehow but forgot to put it in my final Ullia post. Hopefully I didn't make you made. I got crazy respect for you.
I played Quantum Break instead of DAI today.
You have to admit, that's pretty douchey.
I still thought about my future plans for my douchey Qunari Herald of Andraste. I might just tell Sera to hit the road since I'm a powerful Rogue and I only needed her jar of bees.
PS WOOOHOO my 500th post!
Same here except it isn't QUANTUM BREAK but running a 4th and 5th character for FIRE EMBLEM FATES CONQUEST except I am playing on easy mode with not death mode on one while the other is on easy mode with super no death mode. Also I am running a second playthrough of PROJECT X ZONE 2. I still feel like it would be cool if there was some sort of crossover game featuring DA and ME characters.
Started playing Dragon Age Origins on PC again after last night. I picked male Human Noble and discovered that Elenor was a Warrior class. All these years and I never knew. Thanks to Skip Ostagar I made it to Lothering extremely fast.
These are the mods I'm using:
Skip Ostagar
Skip the Fade
Extra Dog Slot
Advanced Tactics
Custom Tactics Slots
Madd Gift Guide
No Follower Autolevel
Auto Loot
Remove Elemental Damage Cap
A few of the mods I wouldn't use personally. Honestly Ostagar gave me gear, a backpack, some weapons that are helpful, and a few other random stuff that i feel is useful for a while. I am unsure about the follower autolevel if they are talking about cast members or people like the archer or knight randoms. If it's saying no to the cast members leveling with you I would think this would make the game a-lot more harder since they would always have to stick with you at all times and always stay alive. because if they get downed they don't get exp. For all I know they'll be down one or 2 levels because of this. Auto loot I wouldn't use because at times I skip certain lootable items because I always need space in DAO. The other mods I have no clue what they may or may not do.
Wait how does that happen?!
It's 3D modelling fanart. People can write about Bull and Dorian's wedding post-Trespasser as part of their canon runs if they want.
I figured as much. I've done multiple playthroughs and it seems like Dorian and iron Bull never had those kind of feelings for each other. They only take "shots" at one another but never go beyond having a deep relationship. would be funny if they did but Their pride begged to differ.
Okay...so it has been a few years since my last DAO play through, but I could have sworn one of the things Zev can say when being "benched" is,
"Suit yourself."
Did I just head canon that line, or does it actually exist??
**NOTE**
I should add, that I don't often bench him - big Zev fan - but I love going through everybody on the roster.
Honestly I like Zeveren myself. i was bummed that he was only a table mission in DAI. I even actually ran a character where I romanced him. I jerked him afterward by saying "you were a one time thing" but he was cool about it. He is a well written character. He's like a elven zorro or something. Lol.
Well this is the first time I've recruited Bull and Blackwall (or anyone!) post-Skyhold. Interesting to see the Differences. Bull's are mainly window-dressing.
Spoiler
The conversation with Blackwall is much changed, and pretty interesting.

How wrong you are, Thom...
I would be tempted to do a playthrough to wait on Blackwall until after the warden mission would be over. I would think my inquisitor would accuse him of being one of those corrupted wardens which would leave Blackwall like "Say what?"
I'm going to miss these two buffoons. I really enjoyed the romance and it was a lot sweeter than I was expecting. Sadly, I couldn't get the 'goodbye' dialogue to trigger at the end (I reloaded about 4 times then gave up). I guess there's supposed to be one, as there was with Dorian's romance?
I had the same problem with my Bull romance. I had to reload that scene a bunch of times before it would trigger properly (and so I could get all the screenshots I wanted).

I talk to all the trainers to initiate all of the quests. Then, after I complete a specialization, Your Trainer and necro guy disappear. YT disappears even if I'm a Rift Mage!
Also, Solasmance initiated!
I actually thought that whole trip to the Fade was romance-related since I romanced Solas in my first game. Imagine my surprise next time around when my Cullenmancer ended up there as well! ![]()

Hmmm....now I'm gonna have to try that. I like the different spin it puts on things. Also, Inqui seems a lot more confident than Herald does in that scene.
I took Natalia into the Arbor Wilds and got to the point where you meet Ser Barris. I was curious to see if he's tagged as Knight Commander in the tac cam after allying with the Templars, but he's not. It still shows as Knight Templar ![]()

Sounds like fun! I did a jerk Inquisitor run once, but I never got Vivienne's snowy wyvern quest. Instead, she moved furniture around in Skyhold...

Oh, I got Dorian and Bull together after completing astrariums and Forbidden Oasis. Bull was easygoing about the budding relationship, but Dorian was both very confused and smitten ![]()

Hah! Blackwall said, "Maker's balls." That ought to go on themikefest's add/bench party mix.
Of all the playthroughs I've done, this is the first time I noticed Cullen fighting in the Arbor Wilds.

Once that quest has been completed, he will no longer be available to be recruited. If you wait to recruit him after getting to Skyhold, he will have different dialogue. If you choose to do that, bring Cassandra and Varric along. Both have dialogue when recruiting him at that time
If the Inquisitor has dealt with Celene, Vivienne will no longer be available to be recruited.
Yeah. I noticed both him and Leliana in Conwenna's playthrough when I'd never seen them before. Were they recently patched in?
They're always there. Leliana would say something, she's always on top one of the broken ledges. Cullen said nothing but he's always in the last group before the temple.

I usually go for silver, grey, dark blue, black for Cass. Green white for Varric. But this time, I tint Cass's armor silver, red, blue. white.
Varric went red, yellow.
I also found out that I can make the horse trot. I didn't realise it or maybe I did and forgot. I'm not sure if the speed changes any from the slow amble. Wish I can install a speedometer on the horse.
Could be the same speed as the "gallop".

My lady Inquisitor romanced Cullen and when she got to his group at the temple, I heard him yell, "Go! I'll be fine!"

Does Vivienne's dialogue also change when you recruit her after getting to Skyhold pre-Wicked Eyes Wicked Hearts?

Agreed. I'll have to try that too in a future run.
Does Vivienne's dialogue also change when you recruit her after getting to Skyhold pre-Wicked Eyes Wicked Hearts?
I don't know, because I recruited her and Sera straight away as I usually do. There's a tiny bit of XP gain in Sera's recruitment due to the fights with the guy's goons but I decided to risk it...
I would assume going by Bull and Blackwall that they would both change, too. Everyone would have to address you as Inquisitor, at the very least.

I remember I once recruited Sera and Vivienne after reaching Skyhold. Can't rememeber if their dialogue changed, but for sure the dialogue of noble attacking you during Sera's quest and the nobles you talk at the beginning of Vivienne's quest did.

I never heard that but could be due to the confusion of battle and other sounds.
