Completed Nature of the Beast and all sidequests associated with the Dalish. I redeemed Zatherian and had him end the werewolf curse. I also completed Wynne's companion quest by meeting Anerin. I killed the Mad Hermit for his Dreamsever ring and gave it plus the Black Hand Gauntlets to Wynne. I encountered a horrible bug that robbed me of my items and cash after the quest was done however. I learned the cause was Leliana's Ranger pets dying randomly after being summoned, so I disabled her Self: Not being accompanied by a summon > Summon Wolf tactic to fix it.
What Did You Do Today (in the DA 'verse) ? .... oops ;)

I completed Natalia's encore run of the main story and Coryface got his rear kicked. As for the outcome of who drank from the well, I did Morrigan's first then re-rolled and did Nat. The guardian dragon fight was okay and I finally got the "On Burning Wings" trophy. But story wise, I stuck with Morrigan drinking from the well, because there was more meaning to the fade scene with Kieran and Flemmeth, and the final battle aftermath.
Story summary and pics to come! Next up, Natalia and her team travel to the Frostback Basin!

I started a new playthrough of Dragon Age: The Last Court about half a week ago, which means I'm almost done.
Today I put some serfs in the stocks for throwing crap at a dowager who I've been taking rulership lessons from, managed to out-debate a heretic who thinks Andraste has been reborn as a woman with a shaved head, shut down said shaved-headed woman's attempt at declaring some of my serfs free, and captured her. Then I handed her over to her mother. (Who I'm sleeping with.)

I remember I once recruited Sera and Vivienne after reaching Skyhold. Can't rememeber if their dialogue changed, but for sure the dialogue of noble attacking you during Sera's quest and the nobles you talk at the beginning of Vivienne's quest did.
Sera' dialogue is different if recruited after getting to skyhold. She sounds upset you waited that long to recruit her.
I forget if Vivienne's dialogue is different.

I would never have seen them either but for the Trial of the Fool achievement. There's so much content in these games that most players will never see. I think people underestimate that fact, at times...I've never seen these conversations before, but cool! Thanks for posting them.

I would imagine that she certainly wouldn't betray any outward signs of dissatisfaction. She's the opposite of Sera in that respect. I'd expect the initial conversation with the two nobles to be different, if anything...Sera' dialogue is different if recruited after getting to skyhold. She sounds upset you waited that long to recruit her.
I forget if Vivienne's dialogue is different.

Thanks. I wasn't sure about that. I think I remembered about nobles I found changes in nobles' dialogue more interesting.

Sounds like fun! I did a jerk Inquisitor run once, but I never got Vivienne's snowy wyvern quest. Instead, she moved furniture around in Skyhold...
Oh, I got Dorian and Bull together after completing astrariums and Forbidden Oasis. Bull was easygoing about the budding relationship, but Dorian was both very confused and smitten
They actually do have quite a deep relationship, at least if bull is Tal-Vasoth and you do Trespasser, which is very sweet, and deeper than the surface posturing and bravado you get with their banter imho. I won't spoil that in case NaclynE does not have the DLC.

Today Cullen was acting weird and asked Cassandra to replace him. I told him to man up and start taking Lyrium again, he did as he was told. (OMG THIS WAS THE HARDEST THING!!! I'm really not a jerk
I'm a nice person. But this is what the douche-quisitor would do!)
Bianca showed up and Varric wants me to help her out. Um, Varric, you hate me. Quit asking me to do stuff I won't do.
Leiliana is starting to scare me.
Bull introduced me to his chargers. Too bad they're all going to die.
Cassandra asked me to find the Seekers. I said ok. We killed the stupid Lord Seeker, and I told Cassandra to let the Seekers go, I've always told her to rebuild them. She "greatly approved" that I told her to get over them. Plan backfired.

*nods in agreement* Pity I can't have them together in my canon world state, since my Quizzy is forever alone.

I always found the fact that she greatly approves whenever you say she should rebuild the Seekers or let them go quite funny.

Ah, no. She's just not romancing anyone. And for Adoribull to happen, you have to be locked into another relationship. Otherwise game "saves" for you every potential LI.

After reaching the point in Inquisition where you meet Hawke, I got real nostalgic and decided I wanted to replay all of Dragon Age. So I booted up Origins and wanted to continue with a playthrough I started months earlier. (Ironically, I was doing the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest.) But to my horror, I couldn't walk 10 paces without the game closing down. Now, normally I would contribute that to mods and the likes. But since the last time I played, I had changed nothing mod related (or anything else for that matter) and back then it ran fine without problems. So I tried to look up what could be the issue but all those threads were old and irrelevant. So I gave up and started a new playthrough in DA2.
Replaying DA2 really makes me miss some of the combat mechanics/animations. I miss the tactics, I miss the different staff elements (Especially spirit, love the spirit hand.) and the fact that when mobs close in, you actually beat them over the head with it. I also miss the few scenes where you get to use magic in cutscenes. Like with the Ogre at the start or when you convince Feynriel's father and Feynriel himself that you mean no harm by showing them you're also a mage.
By now, I am almost done. Just have MotA and Legacy left before starting the Last Straw.

I just met Hawke in Inquisition as well. Used the default Hawke because I can't even remember what my Hawke looked like... Met up with Hawke and Stroud in Crestwood and then went back to Skyhold to talk to Dorian for the first time since accepting him into the Inquisition (Went with the Templars this time) and I think Adaar flirted with him once and Dorian was all over him, telling him he had nice eyes and how strapping he was. The romance is going a bit too fast for my liking, but hey, maybe Dorian just has a thing for babyfaced Qunaris.

Well I usually just take the opportunity to use the CC again. Because I like making characters. I can't even begin to try and recreate my Hawkes as the faces in DA2 are so vastly different from DA:I's faces. And that's something I -don't- miss.
Went to the Emporium like 30 times before I got her face somewhat remotely acceptable.

As well as not recruiting Bull and Blackwall, doing Trial of the Fool meant that I didn't go to Redcliffe at all before Skyhold, which was another first for me, even for my Templar PTs. This is the first time I've seen Dorian have to explain who Felix was...
Solasmance locked and loaded!
I think I'll finish up The Emerald Graves and then do Halamshiral to get the Trial of the Lovers. I've done all the Hinterlands and enough of The Storm Coast to get the containment apparatus I needed for Tempest specialisation. Not been to the Fallow Mire at all. Varric is still stood up on the battlements... This playthrough is so topsy-turvy compared to what I normally do.

Well, she did romance Cullen the first time. But then I kinda felt it didn't flow well with her character. Not romance with him per se, but romance during the events of main game overall. Maybe if she could woo him after the main game like in DAO... *shrugs*

I was inspired to do this by you. It was one trophy that I didn't think I'd bother with. Rush through the content and try to avoid as many fights as possible? No thanks, it's not how I like to play
. You made it seem like an interesting challenge, especially recruiting everyone *after* Skyhold.
I used an Inquisitor that I'd just taken through to Haven and left, as I'd only made him as an experiment - trying to make a PC who looked like Adam Driver
.
I chose Champions of the Just as it seemed like the choice that would gather much less xp. I used Varric to stealth past most of the enemies during the timed portion.
I made it to Skyhold at level 5 - about 3 quarters of the way towards 6. A bit disorientating (or disorienting if you're in the US, I'm English
), but a fun challenge for my 7th playthrough.

OK nothing to do with trials this time, but how did I never notice the weird "face" on this "statue" before?
Or the Halla cave at the Dalish camp on the Exalted Plains?
The cave isn't that obvious, but that weird "statue" is in plain sight! I think i just thought it was a pile of rocks...

That would be amazing, haha. Sadly, I play on PS4. If I had a PC I'd mod his hair and eyebrows too. I'm hoping to make him tanky, give him Blade of Tidarian, although there are better staves. I wasn't intending to play through with him, but I've fallen for his goofy face.
