Andraste's dimpled butt cheeks, Bioware! Whatever demon possessed the person who switched "enable loot sparkles" from DA:O and DA2 to "briefly highlight by spamming the search button" (and now "shows up on the minimap") needs to be cleansed.
In other words, WAAAAAAUUUUUUURRRRRGHHHH I love this game but PLEASE for the love of little green apples, bring back the option to turn loot sparkles on in the interface instead of having to spam the search button? The PS3 controller, especially, is miserable to spam clickysticks to do anything.
