To help our BioWare Admins help with reciving infomation over every ones issues please post with the following.

1.Platform (PC/360).
2. Store Name. (Retail or digital download ex.Steam, Direct Download)
  -Address and number if avable on your sales recite.
3. And a small discription of what happen after you enter the Cerberus Network code.

This way BioWare will have a little more info.
