So I've noticed a lot of people (across all consoles) have been having problems with this Varric quest. Specifically after obtaining the Eagle-Eye perk too late in the game. I didn't even know this quest was a thing, but I am now testing it out since we've gotten the new patch. Hopefully all goes well and the quest is back to normal. I'll come back here and edit this post in 30mins when the quest is done.

Well the quest is working. Lily just completed the quest for me. Got Bianca Aiming Module II from it. Rather useless for me because I'm pretty deep in the game, but it seems like the quest is working again.

Still not working here (PS4).

It's either permanently busy, or when it's available it just shows an empty scroll when selected, which locks up the game.
