I've gotten quite a few runes and i've never been able to add them to a weapon! HOW DO I DO IT? D:

Go to Crafting -> Weapon Upgrades from the Multiplayer Menu. Then you have to select a weapon with a Rune slot on it, then select the rune slot, then select a rune to place in that slot! Runes are consumed once they are attached to a weapon.

right, but it won't let me add the rune, i click it but the rune is gray/red out?

The weapon might not have a slot for a rune.

It could also be that you're trying to apply a rune to a staff, but don't have any Spirit Runes. That or it's not a staff and all you've got are spirit runes?
