What does getting angry solve, what does bashing each other solve, and attacking Bioware employees solve? My game has not been bug free far from it in fact. I had the very same bugs as a lot of you are angry about. Sure I payed 76.19 for the deluxe edition and the game did not run perfect for me like a lot of people.

Why the anger and hatred though? I am sure someone is going to call me a troll, or say I am defending Bioware. Which I am not  and I can agree there are things that need to be fixed and this patch wasn't the greatest. I will let them know that. As for those who keep saying they won't ever by a Bioware game again. Good. Does that mean your favorite charity will be getting donation for the price of a Bioware game? I can think of a a lot of different things about to be really angry about in this world.

This is not one of those things. Annoyed yes. Angry, and want a whole department to lose their jobs right before the holidays? No. If you want to be angry, how about being angry about stuff that really matters. I can help you find some worthy causes to put your righteous indignation and fury into. I will be happy to PM you with some links. I wish you guys and gals would take a moment to reflect before you get all angry.

Bioware employees are people too. I know, I know it is the internet right? I never liked that excuse. Doesn't give people the right to be insensitive just because they are are anonymous. If you want to revel in being anonymous why not go anonymously help someone in need not only during this season but 365 days a year? Again with all that is wrong with this world. Why do you have to be angry about a flawed game, when there are so much more important things for you to be angry about?

Many people get really invested in a franchise that they like and it can be really frustrating to find out that the patch that many people were thinking would fix the game ends up breaking it instead and The thing is that a lot of companies have been rushing out a broken unfinished games lately so many people are on edge and there are a lot of people including Youtubers that are fanning the flame. Many people believe that if you don't shout then your point gets overlooked. It makes sense because If no one complains about problems then companies don't feel any urgency to take action. Take EA for example they released a broken game (BF4) among other things and everyone chewed them out for it so they changed their "Release game at deadline regardless of if its ready" policy and added their "Great Game Guarantee" Which wouldn't have happened if they didn't receive all that hate.

I do agree that a lot of people overreact though but that is how its always been Some people throw chairs when they are angry and others listen to music. Telling them off only makes things worst  :^/

I agree with your general message OP - if you want to get heard, it's much better to think your criticisms through, and voice them without excessive vitriol towards the makers of the game. Express your disappointment, sure, but to throw a temper tandrum online is no more attractive or appropriate for an adult than to do it in real life.

But please, PLEASE, split your posts to paragraphs, separated by an empty line (like I'm doing here). Reading long solid blocks of text is hard on the eyes, and will drive away people who would otherwise be willing to read what you wrote. I'd say that you should never have more than maybe six or seven lines of text max without a paragraph brake.

Sometimes I feel like people forget what "Shipping a Broken game" means, Anyone who's been around for Bethesda games at launch (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim day 1's), would know that the sheer amount of bugs (Graphical, audio, and Game-breaking) was staggering, and generally took Bethesda weeks to Months to get the games in a *Working* condition.

Aside from One quest where an NPC I was supposed to talk to, (For a side quest), flew into space, I've encountered small glitches. Textures failing to load in or buffering a while, Sound cutting out. the Audio-speed-up, conversation pause.

None of these are in fact "Game Breaking", therefore, they shipped you a working game. That you could "beat" (Quotes because you can still play after you 'win'), with little problem besides smaller niggles.

I agree on all points about thoughtful, calm criticisms. Over mindless spewing of disapproval.

I - for one, am a Happy camper. This, from a person who bought 2 deluxe edition copies for the 360. Think about that for a while.

Thanks. I fixed that. When I type sometimes everything is typed as soon as I think it. Sometimes (often) forget to go back and put in paragraph brakes. If that makes sense.

Not trying to tell anyone off. Sorry if I come off that way Grimm. I just want people to realize that even the typed word has power to hurt someone. Other gamers, and Bioware employees are not all immune to the negativity and poison and it is not unreasonable to be nice. I always try to be polite and diplomatic. It generally works out better in my experience.

If you're not serious thanks for the laugh. If you are. Did you try hitting capslock again? Also to make up for the laugh. Did I tell you about the time I walked into a parked car while I was busy talking to my date one time? So now you can laugh at me and now we are even.
