While I was walking through the HInterlands fairly early in the game (Haven hasn't been sieged yet) and encountered some Venatori. Solas said "Corypheus must have sent his men here" or something to that likeness, even though I haven't encountered him yet. This bug kind of kills the big bad reveal of the Elder One, as I assume it's not intentional.
Immersion breaking bug: dialogue reveals major plot points before they happen

Then again, I already knew it'd be corypheus due to the icon of the achievement

They seem intended to only start showing up after you reach Skyhold.
(You guys should really put that stuff in spoiler tags BTW.)

Got a similar bug from Red Templars appearing near the veil fire ruins cave in the northwest corner of the Hinterlands, and it was Blackwall who said, "Why has Corypheus sent his Red Templars here?" I had not yet experienced the reds or Corypheus at this point. And the enemies were reds. Just the basic kind, with the deep red veins in their faces. Two archers and a foot soldier. They did a lot of damage too because they were a few levels higher than I was.

Got a big one with Varric at Haven. The very first conversation with him has a second special option. He'll mention Corypheus, having a mountain dropped on the player. It ends with the player having the choice to say, "I have divinely bad luck?" This option isn't supposed to be available until after the player reaches Skyhold. This started at patch 4.

Connor in Redcliffe Village is one also. If you talk to him before going into the meeting, he will spill the beans for you.

Sort of unrelated, but it has always irked me when everyone still mentions that their is a big hole in the sky AFTER Haven is already done.

Yeah, this one is absolutely horrendous, and that isn't hyperbole.
After hearing how my Inquisitor escaped the clutches of an insane magister, survived the direct impact of a mountain, and escaped from the world's first darkspawn, I felt compelled to do In Hushed Whispers instead of Champions of the Just just so I could headcanon my Inquisitor treating Varric like some kind of prophet. "Everything you said, dude... whoa."

Umm... there still IS a big hole in the sky. You see it right before In Your Heart Shall Burn. The breach isn't truly closed until after the final battle.

Also, Blackwall addresses you as Inquisitor while you're still in Haven. I remember that being made Inquisitor was more baffling than awesome because of that...meh.

I always interpreted that as Blackwall acknowledging that you recruited him. It's a little less obvious than Varric mentioning Corypheus by name.

I've always seen it as that way, too. You recruited him and you lead the team/party across areas and you make all the decisions. So, yeah, you're in charge.

Granted, I felt kind of the same way the first time we even SAW Cory.

He also ends some conversations in Haven with something like "later, Inquisitor". However, I didn't manage to get that reply again... maybe it's tied to certain questions in the dialogue, and it was the question that popped up too early.

Good point, that seems very likely. I collected a handful of his "Memories of the Grey" artifacts before Skyhold, and he seemed to be really generous with his approval.

The scolding I get from Viv at Skyhold bugs me for the same reason. I wasn't in charge at Haven. I didn't leave us open for attack, if you got a problem with our defenses you need to take it up with Cullen.
Also, you might want to note that while the Inquisition is gaining in popularity and support it's a little hard to prepare for a surprise attack by an ancient Darkspawn Magister, an almost Archdemon and an entire army of Red Templars who can apparently move with such tremendous stealth that they are completely unnoticed until they arrive at your doorstep.
So seriously Viv, stick a cork in it hon. If you think you can do that much better a job planning our defenses have at it.

Also, Blackwall addresses you as Inquisitor while you're still in Haven.
Dorian will also reference you becoming the Inquisitor if you converse with him in Haven.
Also, Vivienne has some party banter with Varric where she asks him if someone (can't specifically recall who they were speaking of) is still on his "Christmas list."
Christmas? In Thedas?

She doesn't use the word "Christmas".
- Vivienne: Am I to understand, Varric, that you knew the apostate who destroyed Kirkwall's chantry?
- Varric: Unfortunately, yes.
- Vivienne: What could he possibly have hoped to accomplish with such madness?
- Varric: Exactly what he got: a whole lot of innocent people killing each other.
- Vivienne: I take it he's no longer on your Wintersend gift list.
- Varric: Depend. Does a flaming sack of bronto dung count as a gift?
- Vivienne: Only if you tie it with a silk ribbon, my dear.

Of course!
He and Hawke fought COR in DA2 DLC. Besides, I think the KEEP has this background story. So, revealing this is not surprising.

Could they have patched her dialogue then? Because I've never even heard of "Wintersend" and I remember the word "Christmas" sticking out. This was back before patch 2 even came out.
