Could they have patched her dialogue then? Because I've never even heard of "Wintersend" and I remember the word "Christmas" sticking out. This was back before patch 2 even came out.
I doubt they would call the VA back for one line.

I noticed that they call the PC Inquisitor early on too. Before he is one. Its probably because he has no "title" before Skyhold.

Their responsibility ends when a report is submitted... ie: QA does not have the authority to enforce bug correction, game flow problems or anything else, for that matter.
