I also did see someone hacking on the console too(youtube video), the interface looked different so it has to be console. Maxed out guard, everything and all enemies froze.

Proof? This game uses 4 byte addresses to store stats its about as easy to cheat in it as it is in super mario on the NES. Host your own game and you're fine only host can use cheats. Spend 10 seconds on google you will have a working hack for SP that works in MP plug 'n play so you can then go and... be ultra ****** bored. And get banned, hopefully. Hardly a point besides leaderboards nobody gives a flying **** about.

Love this logic.

"I demand proof for those hackusations." -> "You are obviously a hacker too!"

You got a PhD in Derpistics?

You may think you made the same point, but what you posted was far from it.

We had hackers and glitchers in ME3 too. They all got hit by the ban hammer. Give it time.

Of course, you have to have proof to make an accusation that someone is cheating, and i dont see why that if you have proof, you should not be able to both name them and report them to bioware so they can take the according actions. Hopefully they will.

Other than that I really really dont care. I dont care about the leaderboards, and I know that people are mostly ruining the game for themselves. The only games I have ever cheated in, in my many years as a gamer has become boring and I have stopped playing them immediatly, as the challenge is gone and then the whole reason for playing the game is gone.

What good do you have from being on the top of the leaderboards when you just know that you have cheated. Maybe you like the fame, but as soon as the community realize you cheat, and they always will, you will be infamous - not famous.

Come here and talk about hackers is no a serious and decent point, If you have prove of hackers you should show it to us because i know there people around here that cant stand see other gamer play better than they.

I have seen couple of hackers but since i dont have videos or cant show anything throw Pic i better keep quiet and wait untill bioware take the responsibility.

Right now i prefer to report bugs and give feedback instead reporting guys with out proves.

http://forum.bioware...-after-12-list/

A good way to show bravery is to name and bring to the surfaces those hackers, But no like this. Hide in the shadow.

Cheating in a co-operative multiplayer... What's the point?

There is nothing really to gain now is there?

Is it really just the pointless leaderboards that people are drawn too?

Many people do not have video recording software. My rig slows too much (i7 960 4.2ghz bloomfield, 12gb ram, nvidia 560ti which is outdated) when I try and run video recording software while playing so I do not even bother having it installed. Screenshots cant show a hacker. Thus when someone says 'video or just shut up' I tend to call them out for being a unrealistic.

I played ME3 and had 2 separate guys on my friends list at some points who both started 'modding'. They could make it so every attack, no matter how weak the weapon, would instantly kill enemies. They made it so they were invulnerable to enemies or could access underneath or high above the map out of enemy reach. Also, most interestingly they could swap to the enemy side and attack players while the enemies viewed them as an ally. This stuff went on for years and Bioware never touched them nor cared. So to cast doubt that there are hackers is extremely naive and any 'post vid or gtfo' statements are absurd and should be replied to with sarcasm.

There is a report option inside the game. Is what i use. I have the same behavior as other forum like Guild wars 2. Thread about hackers and cheater are automatically close and the OP sanctioned even when we know that inside reports are worthless.

Edit: I ask you pardon by the "GTFO". i just try to make fun as we do in Thread on 4chan. T**s or gtfo :D

Have you ever played a competitive MP?

Do you know what "naming and shaming" is? You say people who demand proof for hackusations are naive. I say taking anyone's word that someone else is a cheater without providing proof is naive. You know how many people accusate good players of cheating each day? How many of those accusations happen because they wouldn't know skill from cheats if it jumped into their faces? How many accusations come from pure jealousy and they'd rather have a good player get shamed and banned than working on their own skill?

I will grant you one thing, cheaters in games like this one right here are not always as subtle as those who play competitively. They likewise do not damage the game equally as they don't actively screw over other players.

But the same principle applies: either you have proof for your accusations, or you keep it to yourself. No one should simply accept any form of accusation without proof. It is a basic principle that anyone with a sliver of common sense should adhere to. You wouldn't want to get thrown into prison just because someone who doesn't like you starts shouting lies about you on the street. Just because this is a videogame doesn't mean you can throw all concerns of consequences to the wind!

Plenty of users out there cheating. The rest of them in private games hacking hard too. GOD mode, infinite everything, just whatever you want.

So just out of curriocity,

due to the fact that there is no pvp,

why do you even care?

if there was pvp I would get people getting upset about it, but with co up enemy wave slaying? There is literally no downside to this at all

and before somebody brings up the leaderboards, seriously who really cares?

even so the solution to this problem is like... childishly easy.

1 add bots to the multiplayer so people can play with AI's at there side

2 allow offline multiplayer so people can play with bots offline (hold your horses and read to the end)

3 add cheats to multiplayer like god mode and infinite health

4 when using 1 or all of the above, your score of the end of the match will not be added to the leaderboards and your match will not be picked by people who use "quick match" (only when spessifically looking for this player will they find it)

problem solved, people who want to play fair can do so AND enjoy there fair leaderboard scores

and people who don't like multiplayer or leaderboards can play offline with bots (and cheats if they want to so they don't need to hack/mod the mulitplayer as the game already gives them the option BUT won't let the score of the rigged match on the leaderboards)

along with that on long terms its also a solution for when bioware servers might shut down (lets be fair, they can't remain online forever, and we paid for the damned multiplayer, so I sure as heck still want to be able to play that mode, even after the servers are down, or I want my money back)

should be done for both Inquisition and ME3 multiplayer if you ask me.
