So, I've build for my elementalist 4 armors of tier 1 and 4 armors of tier 2. How can I get schematics for tier 3?
Cannot understand, please help with armors.

but are there any tier 3 armors in game? Some folks tell me that there are some unique(purple) armors.

Technically, yes, there is a t3, only for Katari and Necromancer, as their default armor is already blue t2. In reality it is probably a bug, as their "t3" armor doesn't actually look different at all. So no, there is no t3 armor, those folks are either dumb, or trolling you.
