Alright! Well I am pissed and this has happened to a few others. I imported my character and played for 4 hours or more only to find out that I can't save at all I tried everything even got the save to ungrey itself then it wanted me to enter a text with no way with me to enter since the only key was back button.
Now I had to start all over and who knows if it will work this time. Really killed my interest.
FIX THIS STUPID GLITCH!
Can NOT SAVE!

Same issue here, I worked on my charecter for 4 hours, and when I try to autosave or regular save it has the incorrect info on the char to begin with, and says "charecternametext" instead of Achilles Shepard which is my guys name, come on BioWare and EA, get this fixed, otherwise this is a waste of my time.

same here. everything else about the game including my preorder and blood dragon armor is all fine and dandy. we should submit the kind of 360 we have and the year we bought it so we can help a patch speed itself along. I have an arcade 360 with a 60 gb hard drive bought seperatly and i bought the 360 in september 2008 so I have the anti red-ring motherboard. if they read this i hope it helps

I'm having this exact same issue. I'm not going to progress any more for awhile in hopes that some word of a fix comes up. I've considered trying to just restart, but that is so frustrating!
