The same thing happened to me. This website should have a way to link your Xbox Live account manually to whatever e-mail address you registered on here to avoid problems like this.

yeah i got the same thing and its bullcrap. i dunno what the hell to do now. so frustrating why couldnt they just give you a 25 digit code like most xbox live DLC from gamestop.

you can reset the password and change the address. I JUST DID IT SO I COULD GET MY CODE ACTIVATED.I got cerebus, blood dragon armor, and the terminus armor to download after I reset my password...hope that helps.

It was incredibly stupid of EA/Bioware to assume that the e-mail address used for the EA account is the same one used for the Live account, especially when there's no mention anywhere that we needed them to be the same.

Yeah so... it sounds like I just had the same problem everyone else did. Is there a way to move my 360 Gamertag over to the account (e-mail address) that I used to confirm the Terminus Armor? Anyone know? If not, then big fat ****ing yay.

im having this problum also. i used the email that i use for my xbox gamer tag and the only option i get is to download it for the PC/MAC. But it also shows up for the xbox but has no option for it.

Im not sure if this helps, but I thought this code entering was very sketchy so I did a bit of research before entering the code. I went to the EA website www.ea.com and signed in with the e-mail I thought was associated with my gamer tag and it showed some ea games that I had played on the 360 so I entered that same address here. Once I did that, there was a screen that listed the gamer tags associated with my 360.



I still think this whole thing is sketchy but it may help a few people narrow down the search for the proper log in info.

I had a tricky time getting my code to work too all i did once i entered it was exited to dashboard and re downloaded the terminus armor through cerberus and i got it just fine
