Yeah so after all the same BS with the game codes for the terminus armor I finally had a successful code entry and it showed as a download on my x-box game. However, the armor does not show in my inventory, go figure.

I pre-ordered ME2 CE from GS at the website and never got my code for the Terminus Armor. What can I do guys?

Contact EA support Hampdog. Report GS for false advertising and failure to provide a product you paid for. I'm about to do the same, I got my codes and the armor still hasn't' showed up in my inventory in the armor station in the private quarters I'm fed up with this BS. I love the ME universe but this ridiculousness has kinds screwed with everyone!

Same, no terminus armor, no heavy weapon, no more pre orders from those guys ever again.

Local EB games would of had game to me 1 day earlier and still wouldnt of had any bonus items like now.

Yeah I'm having the same problem also, I'm glad I'm not the only one that's experiencing this minor problem. It's kinda stupid how you have to link your email to your EA account with your same existing persona, I did it like five times and still not redeeming my armor and my blackstorm rifle at all.

Ok I just got off a live chat with Peter. It took me around 5 tries, each a 30 minute wait (you do the math). Right away i told him that i used the wrong email to redeem the code. He asked for the code then the account name and email then fixed it for me. I just checked my game and i have it now. So guys I would suggest to keep trying the chat or call them. I wish you guys the best of luck cause i know how frustrating it was. But if you keep trying you will get through.



And being nice to the guy helps alot too.

Im wondering what as well.  I registered my code for the terminus armor, and nothing happened.  theres no message in my unread mail or wtvr is supposed to happen.  i also reset my xbox like 5 times looking for it.  Also with the cerberus ID all i got was the normandy crash sight.  there was nothing about zaeed.  nothing has shown up about it. any ideas?

Go to support.ea.com/chat and sign in with your EA account email and password. Then it will tell you how many people are in front of you and how long it will take. Eventually you will get in and be able to present your problem.

Thank you so much for the help! I've been trying this on my own, and its been frustruating for me to get the gear. ^_^
