Having trouble getting this collectable completed

 

besides the Last step landmark not showing up even though I am standing right on top of it I have physically checked all the other land marks and they are there. so 14/15 theoretically (as the game suggests)  completed but im actaully 15/16 as the game maps show

 

Anyone else having an issue completing this?

 

Also when I look in collectable "In the Approach" is not listed.

Need help getting "the last step" also, and google search isn't giving me anything actually useful.
