If you have a character using world state 1, then decide to make a new character with world state 2 what happens when you go back to the first character...are they still using world state 1?

The game only stores one world state, and the Keep duly tells you that changing world states ONLY affects starting a new game.
Now if only it told me that BEFORE I started my first one...
