So I checked the patch notes but still can't see a fix for enemies and party members sometimes freezing after they are killed.
This happened about 3 times with party members, which caused me to be perpetually in combat and forced reloads during story missions because it broke scripting and conversations/cutscnes would not trigger, once when killing a giant and once with a damn DRAGON!
Seriously, I am playing on Nightmare and that dragon fight took me like 20 minutes. I was more than a little annoyed when the damn thing just froze in place, could not be looted and did not give me kill credit when i finally took it down. When I left the encounter to unbug it the big bastard just reset to full health, good times...
This bug needs to be fixed ASAP!
