I think the topic is self explanatory I just see a
lot of people who think he's stuck up or biased towards humans but I always
viewed him as a devils advocate who made you really think abut your action and
reminded you that there are always consequences. That’s just my opinion but I’m
interested to see what other people think

Every time he opens his mouth, my connection goes all wonky. Weird.

So true. Guess his momma never taught him that if you don't have anything good to say you should just shut up. ^_^

No matter what I did in my playthroughs, he'd always chew me out.

Kill the Rachni Queen, he calls me a genocidal maniac

Agreed. I hope in ME2 I'll be able to unleash a reporter-esque haymaker on him :D He just seemed to go out of his way to disagree with me...

However, the SALARIAN councillor is indeed my hero.

that guy disagrees with you, just so he can look like the most important one on the council. That **** :(.

I had the impression, he was bribed by an anti-humanity lobby, because he disapproved, not matter what you did.

I hated and liked him, i hated him becuase he was xenophobic towards humans and shephard in particular but i thought he was well written, and for his character very logical and well within his rights to act the way he did with his knowledge of events that have happened cept at the end where that udina dick locks down normandy.

my only regret about the council dying was not being able to put a bullet in his head myself.

I think the Turian Councilor doesn't trust Shepard, but maybe he has a reason for that attitude that we are unaware of. Maybe he was involved somehow in the First Contact War, or maybe he has some nefarious ties to the Reapers or other groups who are antagonistic toward Shepard and/or humanity. Who knows? I can't say that I liked or disliked him, unlike Udina, who I wanted to hit in the face with a shovel.

Whatever might be the problem of this guy, we don't know.

However, what we know is this:

With every reprehension he launches against Shepard, no matter what Shepard did or did not, this councilor shows his incompetence of being a member of such a high administrative unit.

Bearers of such high ranks should be able to do better than simply blathering contra-productive empty words.

I liked him and Udina because they were the only two characters who didn't kiss my a*s all the time.

Overall he doesn't bother me too much.  I basically see him as the "Master Vrook" of Mass Effect (that's a Knights of the Old Republic reference, btw), so number one, I'm kinda used to it in games, and number two, I don't believe it's a bad thing when NPCs are skeptical of PCs (beware of protagonist centered morality).
